Sales history only show if the card is actually shipped out by comc.

That's not true, I buy cards to flip and they immediately show on the graph. Here is a good example of something I purchased the other day that was brand new to the site. It's a low numbered parallel so there won't be many copies coming on board, anyway. I assure you, there were zero sales before I bought it and now shows 1.

I think the moral of this thread and every other card alteration thread is to not go chasing waterfalls. Stick to the price range and grades that you're used to. I know that some collectors are going to want their way or nothing at all, but I think they're moving too fast in this environment of fraud.

Double checked my COMC purchases--I'm pretty sure the 2013 PSA 10 Didi rookie I bought from HawkDynasty is too small, and the raw Paul Goldschmidt Bowman rookie parallel I bought from LordStanley2012 looks like the top was trimmed a little crooked. My guess is PSA wasn't a fan of an obvious alteration--just wish I'd noticed it.

The Goldy rookie was about two months ago and the Didi rookie maybe 4 or 5. I'm not terribly worried about the money--both were, in retrospect, suspiciously good deals.

When researching card-guy purchases from PWCC I came across this head scratcher. I have seen the same card sold two or three times on multiple occasions that involved card-guys masked ID but never four times. This one has card-guy "winning" the same card twice and another unknown masked ID of m***h "winning" the card the other two times - all in the span of nine months. card-guy won it the 4th time, and then cracked it out and had it graded by PSA and it kept the same grade. He then sold it back through PWCC on August 26, 2018 for $75.00.
