I absolutely love the contradictions. After pointing out that the Governor issued a list of closings by executive order, your response was, well, we just ignored those orders.

Yes, we ignored DeSantis. This is South Florida. We don't even claim to be part of the US down here. Have you ever come down here and talked with our 85% latino (mostly Cuban) population? Do you think our Haitian population, our Venezuelan population, or our Dominican population care what DeSantis says? Many of them can't even understand what he says, and few of them care.

You north Floridians could've closed Daytona Beach. You closed your gyms, schools, bars, restaurants, blah blah. But you chose not to do that. Don't blame that on us. Own it.

It's time to admit you don't know jack about what we did down here. And I don't know jack about what you people did up there in the USA.

Wow, that's interesting. And a little scary.

That guy should not be saying anything partisan at all, either way.

He could maybe have said something like "look, there have been challenges in court, but our process has been upheld. The election results are going to be fine. Vote with confidence."

He's probably right though, if Trump is 0-6 in court, he's grasping at straws. He knows it's going to be close at least.

It's not a good look when the sitting President of the United States has called into question the results of the elections for weeks now. It's almost as if his goal is to undermine the results, depress turnout, and make people think their votes may not count if they don't vote in person on election day.

I concur that the Secretary of State of a state should not be sending out messages like that. Everything else he said was fine. Just don't say things about a candidate winning or losing.

That's his job tho. 2020 has created a whole new set of rules in may states and they're all getting tested from both sides.

To have the AG come out and essentially say Trump is illegitimate even before you count vote #1 is very very stupid and not the kind of thing any state elected official should be saying the day before the election.
