You're arguing two different things.

Ballots cast using droboxes or mail lean heavily Democratic this year. GOP believes it favors them to get them thrown out.

However, there is no question that in order for Trump to win this election, he'll need a surge of voters showing up Tuesday. If turnout on election day (overall) does not blow past % for 2016; he's toast.
