I know how you feel, I've never had anything under 60-80% on my Gem Rates and got 35.5% on my last submission. Something has changed at PSA. I'm tempted to video 20 of my PSA 9's getting cracked opened and sending right back to PSA untouched otherwise. I'd bet a decent amount of money at least 7 come back PSA 10. PSA is all a joke now, but they don't care, if anyone wants the best return on their money they'll use PSA, and PSA executives seem to push this line so there will be more resubmissions and thus more profits. I'd love to find a memo or training class to PSA graders, somewhere there is a smoking gun that defines their fraudulent behavior.

Anyone else seeing a delay in packages delivered to when they scan the barcode on the side with their new system or their "find my package" database?

Have a super express that has been picked up and signed for, but nothing at PSA shows they have picked it up. I'm sure im just impatient, but it contains about 80k of cardboard.

My Express was delivered on 14th according to UPS and I haven't even received the barcode scan email yet.

Im running two days before you and my Economys stillll in Grading too man..

shxts crazy. Some Economy orders received a month and a half after ours and already POPPED. With that kinda of disparity we could see movement in the next hour or maybe by Thanksgiving.

How do you ship your cards to PSA ? i am trying to find the best way to ship expensive cards to various companies.

I use overnight express shipments. Used to do registered mail but i have found that to be VERY slow.

Not on my recent super express sub. The post office delivered it last Tuesday and PSA had it entered into their system on Wednesday. Grade popped on Sunday and it was on its way back to me yesterday.

Welp, dont try and call. I tried at 1030 est and was 61st in que. I opted for a called back and it's now 3p. Nothing yet.


Fyi my queastion: I heard dual service is not impacted by the ban on economy orders, but I'm unable to select that option.

I saw that. I just don't understand why it is so random on the times. I would figure since economy orders have been suspended that it would FI/FO. But I guess not. The timelines are all over the place. My Voucher order a was logged a week before this one came in on 10/13/20

Wild seeing shipments with just 2 cards taking like 3 weeks and then orders from 3-4 months ago finally being graded. Crazy to watch just as an outside observer, nevermind somebody who would have cards there waiting.

Lower gem rate than I've had previously, but still better than what some folks are reporting. What was notable was that my rate was significantly different between baseball (90% out of 56 cards) and basketball cards (52% out of 128 cards).
