Is FedEx the way to go vs USPS? My 10 day arrived on the 22 or 23 and still isn't logged.

My order arrived today... on SUNDAY!
It went out FedEx, came back USPA, and the mail person said they Deliver Priority on Sundays. I love it!!!

Did you mark ten day on the box on each side? I get OCD on that part, make sure they see it.

Yes. On each side. I spoke to them midweek and the date they told me they were on was 19th (for 10 day) Mine got there 22 or 23 (can't remember). Should get logged this week. Seeing how others after mine already popped feeling like I got fed a line of bs or they some how screwed my package up. Will follow up Mon or Tues but this time ask what day they are on first before telling them when mine arrived. I spoke to them day of changes but they said my 10 day and 45 day would be honored since they were received by PSA in February before changes were announced. We will see how that goes and well. I have another order I want to send in but would at least like to get my two orders logged before doing so.

Well I have another 10 day that arrived with the other order, and there is no movement on it. Logged in at the same time, along with a reholder/mechanical error I sent. There are obviously overwhelmed and scattered as far as being focused goes.

Interesting. I had a 45 day 136 card order that was marked as received on 1/16/2018 and mine still shows as open. Frustrating.

I have a 45 day logged in 1/8 and I'm still waiting. Once they are logged it is the wild west for when orders will pop, always has been.

I believe so, but I'm not making any more statements to that effect, since people don't seem to think that is the case, but all of my orders sent FedEx are being logged in about 10 business days.

I have a 45 day order marked received on 2/7/18 pop on 3/9/18, and 1 of my bulk orders received on 1/23/18 pop on 3/1/18. My other bulk order received on 1/23/18 hasn't popped yet.

First order FedEx, went great, order that shipped with it the same way is still in process, weird :/

My mechanical defect was also received at the same time, it too is in process. Today makes both orders +3 days vs my completed order.

I'm about to lose my mind with them. I am STILL waiting on my order that was delivered December 4th, marked as delivered on December 27th. I still have nothing. Two weeks ago they said it would be the next day or two.

I just did. After being on hold for 36 minutes he said done by the end of the week. I told him that is not good enough as that is what I was told two weeks ago. He then literally said word for word the exact. "It is at the very end of the process and should be done in the next two days" that he said two weeks ago. Finally he said he would contact his manager to make sure it was done ASAP. I have another bulk order that is on day 38 that I'm hoping to have by Summer.

It's crazy how all over the place their bulk orders are. I have a bulk order that is due this week - we'll see how delayed that one will be.

Just hope they don't let Bobby the intern grade his first-ever cards just to get an unhappy customer's order done soon

OMG, you just described one of my bulk grading orders that they completed in 20 business days. I have never gotten terrible grades like that ever.

Just got a great 10 day order back and was relatively fast!

I overnighted all three orders in one box through Fed Ex and wrote 10 Day on the outside box. Cards were in order of submission in each box inside. Not sure if any of these details will help with turnaround time or not but followed guidelines on their webpage.

Good luck, I called last Friday and they were logging bulk submissions with a received date of 2/9.

I'm having a hard time believing the increase in orders are this much. It used to take about 4-5 business days to log, this would be 26 days! Do people really think they are receiving more than 5 times the orders as before?

*This could be an outlier but still seems like it's at least 20 business days to log, so 4 times as many orders.
