And 269-269; Trump wins. The election kicks back to the State houses of all 50 states, and each state casts a vote. Based on the results of the election, there will be 27 State Republican Houses and 23 State Democratic Houses. So the votes will go to Trump.

It's the state delegations of the federal House and Senate.

For president, each state has a single vote...regardless of size. So California has a single vote, Maine has a single vote...etc.

For VP, the Senate (not the current senate) takes a simple vote...all senators have a vote.

State houses and state senators have no role in a tie.

CNN, when referring to Biden the other night was saying "We" when they were talking about Biden winning a certain state. They said "We" have won. How anyone on this planet doesn't think CNN or the other ones mentioned above, including NBC, ABC, etc, isn't Liberal funded is beyond me.

People...Pennsylvania can still receive valid, legal ballots tomorrow. If they are postmarked by Election Day, they can be received 3 days after.

Nevada...7 days after.

North Carolina...10 days after.

Ohio...10 days after.

Expect the numbers of ballots to change.

According to Philly commissioner Al Schmidt; turnout in the city was only 62%. They say they have 116,000 ballots left to count.

Philly won't get Biden over the # by itself but still another 300k of vote outside of Philly to count.

Trump + 137,000 right now.

That's quite a leap.

I mean, the same could be said about Donald J Trump...at least until inauguration day.

Some people prefer to view competing positions on stories so that they can make up their own minds about things. Some people prefer that over having information spoon fed to them by anyone, no matter how well-intentioned that source may be.

I believe competition in journalism is as important as advocacy in the legal system. Yes, I watch CNN...and FOX and many others. That's the only way I can get a complete picture.

President Trump is calling for vote counting to stop. Ummm, that's not what we do here. We count votes. We count them until we are done counting them. That's our way.
