Yes there are people making stuff up to try to undermine the election.

It would depend on when.

If it's prior to the December 14th electoral vote, the party would hope for standard constitutionally drawn out succession from the 25th Amendment, but there is no real precedent or structure for this scenario.

If something happens after the electoral vote and January 20 (inauguration day)...then Harris would be sworn in as president based on the 25th.

It's 2020...if something can happen, it probably will.

NY Times Update Ticker:

Reid Epstein, in Madison, Wis. 1m ago

David Perdue has fallen under the 50 percent threshold to avoid a runoff in Georgia’s Senate race. He’s at 49.9997 percent — 141 votes short of winning outright with more votes still to be counted from Democratic areas.

That’s probably fair, funny that it’s all in areas controlled by one side though. Weird coincidence

Depends how disenfranchised they are.

Also, I've grown up and kept some of my radical leftist ideology. That also could just be the DMT in me.

There is nothing shady going on.

This is what happens when you: a) cut funding to the Post Office, thus causing delivery delays, which is why plenty of people were worried about this very thing over the summer, and b) when you don't allow states to begin to tally their early/mail-in votes as they receive them, which is something that Republican-controlled houses fought to disallow.

This is going exactly as people thought it would, and exactly according to plan for Republicans. Cause havoc in the electoral process and then call it fraudulent.

What they didn't count on was so many of the votes going their way in the House and Senate.

Yup, going to be two runoffs in GA.

The people of GA do not deserve the amount of commercials that are about to hit their TVs

Will the inevitable GA challenge ALSO include going over the Senate votes? Or just the Presidential ones?

I should know this and I could look it up, but I'm lazy and you smart.

Yes. It's a full recount; the entire race gets recounted.

Both parties have the same rules, only one has a problem with it :/

I have to imagine the "conventional" life is changing. I think you're discrediting the differences between the boomers and this new generation. Maybe I'm wrong. This is clear speculation

Because that is what you want for your elections.

Utter incompetence. Lol

Isn't that what the FBI claimed happed when they were getting all shady with stuff.

Is that our new acceptable standard? Incompetence.

Shady or planned incompetence is the same thing.

You could say this during every generation of this country’s history.

This is making the 2000 election look like it just had a few speed bumps along the way. Of course in that situation Al Gore has to be thinking "Thank God I lost that!"

That's okay. Stacy Abrams has everything under control down there.

Sure but a lot of problems that appeal to the radical left the moderate left didn't really have to face. The biggest I think is college debt and (while I know it always existed) the focus on climate change.

This never gets pointed out but it's so very true.
While some will never change their political positions, a lot do as they get older and their lives change.

PA Legislature made it to where votes have to be in by X day to be counted. PA overruled that decision. That's shady. At least to me.

PA Courts/Governors don't set voting law, (that I'm aware of) Legislature does. At least that's how I understand it, if I'm wrong feel free to correct me. There are many people on here smarter than me when it comes to this stuff.

Yea, Nevada definitely took the day off yesterday. Only 26,000 votes put in today and they said expect more later.

OK, thanks Nevada.

Come on dude, you know you aren't supposed to be posting in this thread since you got suspended. If you are here, others should be back as well (I'd love to hear Heelie and chezzy's takes...LMAO).
