Great. I passed on the 80th wrapper because it had '1953' on it. If they came out with same design for 2018, 2019 etc. I would be all over it

I like it as a freebie as another option but not for people that bought Topps Now cards. Not that many people building this set have purchased the other on-demand Topps products.

This morning I woke to a shipment email from late last night that my 49-51 card order is shipping...

However, my 46-48 order from the week prior... nothing. Still processing!

Everyone else in the same boat?

Hating on Now buyers because?

The Now give away cards went to all of Topps’ on line customers...this would most likely be the same as it would be an advertising campaign.

Most Now buyers buy Living anyway...I simply don’t understand the hate some Living buyers have for people who collect Now or for the Now product. Totally get it you don’t like it but it’s not against the rules to like both products....or is it?

I got the shipment notification emails for both of those sets yesterday.

That’s not what I said at all. This set started shortly before the beginning of the season. So most people building this set would not have purchased these Topps Now Christmas cards.

It would be disappointing if Topps "gave" these to potentially non-TLS buyers.

Even more disappointing would be if Topps excluded some TLS direct buyers.

I think the best suggestion so far would be to add a checklist card as a 4th card in the last week of the calendar year for purchase by anyone that wants one.

I agree that is the best solution

Also, keep this “4 card end of year 12/26/18 set” at the 14.99 price point and also make it available as a bulk purchase option as well.

Can someone here with photoshop skills do a front and back mock-up?

Would the checklist card be numbered as part of the set? or just a free standing on it's own?

I would imagine it would be numbered in this scenario we’re making up, either way if it isn’t numbered most collectors of this set would consider it part of the complete set.

Will there be a TLS Platinum Program for the elite 20-30 LS buyers...

Will it include PLATINUM ONLY LS Cards? Maybe without a card # on back..

Could you imagine the outrage... They would never do that, right... right... Bueller...

It would be nice to be able to have special cards to get with points made just for the TLS program that doesn’t have the Topps Now logo on them, like the Card Of The Month program.

Just as long as they aren’t numbered as if they were actually part of the TLS set.

I’m all for separating TLS as far from Topps Now as much as possible.

I hope not- the only change I'd like to see with the TLS program is the ability to use the points/discount on it, besides just TN!

I'd like to see another change...

I'd like to see a lot less error cards. I'd like to see Topps illustrate that they care more about their product and customers. Right not it feels as if they don't care as much as they should about the product they are selling.

If Topps is modeling TLS after the 1953 set, there won’t be any checklists.

They are modeling the look, but I don't believe the other is true. The 1953 set didn't have a lot of retired players in it. Not at the time of the issue.

Agreed....
Also the stock is different and the size of the card is different and they didn't have a rookie logo on the cards either.
Also they would have to stop making the set at card 274 as that was how many there were in the 1953 Topps Set!

Didn’t they also skip a few numbers in the original ‘53 set?

They also printed them in large numbers and distributed them in wax packs. I said ‘modeled after’ not ‘an exact replica of’.

They didn’t have managers or mascots either, I suppose, so maybe checklists aren’t out of the question.

Reward points are for the Now product...reason being is the Now product is the flagship of the on-line market. Before you all lose your minds...all on-line products are made and designed by the same team, Now just happened to be at the forefront...you should be tankful that it is successful because without it this product you love wouldn't be here. Now has many more ways to branch out (Living does not)...it's a one trick pony. Many of these things you want for Living will not happen (thankfully) because that is what we love about Living, it's simple. Leave the hooks and gimmicks for Now, make those suggestions for Now products you would use your points on, because it is my understanding it is not going to change. Perhaps if you all were not buying so many Living cards it will change but for now the focus is still on Now and expanding that brand. Because if a business doesn't continue to expand...it's over for all. I am sure most of you don't want Topps to start throwing relics and autographs in this so be thankful that Now is around or I am sure they would...expand or die. Just a long rant on why the points will still remain limited to Now. Though it will be the first thing I bring up on Sunday when I see Jeeves...I've never had reward points but I do understand. Perhaps if there was a 2 for 1 swap on points allowing you to use elsewhere? But even that defeats the point of the rewards program and that is to push Now cards...Living is doing just fine as long as guys like Austin Hedges print over 5K.

I think they should leave mascots to Now and other products...

A couple Sogard 10s on the board. Fitting it is only days after the Brewers released him.
