My luck it will screw up my payment thats processing lol

on the screen thats processing, it just shows my name at the top but doesnt show the balance.

You're referencing to things that aren't even remotely close to as in demand as TopShot is . If you'd dump even half the people of the TopShot queue into either one of those products, their sites would break. This is a completely new product not comparable to any other especially with current demand. Besides that it has an actual economy they have to take into account. If they'd release 10 waves of 50k packs (besides it would likely break something) people would still buy all off it and complain after that they've flooded the market.

I think they know pretty well what they're doing. They've stated multiple times that their goal is to have base packs available at all times, but they can't right now. They have an economics team on board, they'll find a way to balance things out until packs are fully readily available to everyone.

"Add servers" "Hire people" "Ask help" are honestly the dumbest takes you can have on this

You can pull up your dapper balance on a different tab.
If you have the payment receipt you 100% got the pack.
For packs it's usually guaranteed you got one if it's deducted from your balance.

Also from the discord: "We're aware of payment lags with Dapper. We anticipate they will go through eventually."

Not disagreeing with your perspective here, I'm mostly thinking about how you'd characterize new vs. different. Seems like Dapper wants both: a stable bot-free platform for their customers, and a robust marketplace to offer sellers and traders an opportunity to swap moments. ePack seems to be a fair comparison as it offers both, as well as a chat and physical ship component.

But ePack (plus other solutions) carries its share of problems alongside its benefits. Demand dictates sales potential, and is correlated to availability. Perhaps there's a future where they can coexist without the downtime. There's always likely to be the potential for volatility and exploitation. I hope the TOS updates stay vigilant and fair to the collectors and not just the clectrs.
