This is why I hope Topps is firing up its random number generator. If there's a "1 in 20 chance", the following people should have the same chance of getting a foil:

Goofus: 1 order with 2 10-packs
Gallant: 2 orders with 1 10-pack each
Shinjoy: 20 orders of 1 card

Grotesk, while I had been collecting him I've trailed off, didn't pick up the Mays and now might not get the Mattingly. Siff only have gotten the players I am collecting, and not collecting Clemente.

Rivera is my favorite card of the day but will pass on it as well.

Any other Grotesk fans out there from early on that have died off as well?

yea, you CAN "pull" one without buying 20, but i am lead to believe that you are GUARANTEED one for every 20 you order

Easy, just one! Fire up your internets and go find the card you want on ebay. None of these will be SP enough that you can't find one there. I'd bet dollars to donuts that it would be cheaper off ebay than it would be for you to ensure acquisition of one from Topps.

I bought 31 Siff Trouts all same order and no foil. Even looked through them 3 times to see if I just wasn't seeing them right

He's really been up and down the entire set. I love some of his cards, but haven't decided if I'll complete a set.

I sorta like his last three, but the colors haven't been great (Mays and Mattingly too dark, Griffey too blue), so I haven't been able to see details on the Grotesk people or the raised 3-D lettering. I focus on the font and Grotesk people in his cards, not the player image. But, his 4 previous cards were mind-melting.
