at this point with the lockout, Series 2 may be pretty terrible, with no new/big rookies to carry it like Wander

Especially because most (all?) of the superstars were included in Series 1.

I guess the Wander 1 of 1 for this has been pulled. The corner looked dinged from the video of the breaker opening it. Not sure who it was, but def a big card.

Non shockingly, my economy shipping that was tracking to be from FL to NY in 5 days.....will not make it.

Decided to take the good old PA Fed ex tour. Pittsburg then Reading, will probably make a stop in Wilkes Barre before coming the rest of the way.

Haha mine is doing something similar on it's way to NY. Went to Bethel, then arrived in Northampton twice(?), now it's in Breinigsville.

Yea thats where mine is sitting. Always a mess with all the PA Fed Ex sites.

Yup, and if you send in a Wander, particularly a parallel, they'll send it to BGS to get graded. You're gonna need it to be creased to be replaced. Even surface damage will garner an 8.

Topps is and should continue to be extremely petty with replacements as a deterrent to the ridiculous expectations people have of cards out the pack.

The old saying is true, want PSA 10, buy it slabbed as PSA 10. Thankfully a lot of that trash has died down since grading is backed up.

I don't want to sound ungrateful seeing some of the other boxes come back without any RCs at all, but this was a bummer:



Sending it in for replacement. Hopefully, they have a few lying around...

Are you serious? It's a bit OC, but pretty much every Wander I've seen is. Unless I'm missing something Topps will likely just send it right back as it meets their minimum standard of 8 or better easily.

Yep, no way they’re sending back a different one. They’ll deem that atleast an 8. Heck, I sent in a 1989 Bowman Buyback Auto of Ken Griffey Jr. that had a crease in it to be replaced. They initially denied the replacement saying it would grade an 8. I laughed it off, submitted a complaint through the BBB, then low and behold Topps reached out and happily replaced the card for me.
