I honestly can't tell if you are a bitter Californian or a bitter non-Californian.

Coin flip as to what it is.

That’s your assumption. It’s not necessarily correct.

I have lived in California before - that is accurate.

And I have a lot of insight about being in the state.

For sure. It is my assumption. It's not necessarily denied.

Definitely not definitively denied.

Does it really matter in the big picture, definitively? Would it change the nature of my comments to you or anyone?

My California knowledge is better than most Californians.

Yes and debatable.

People's California "knowledge" (And now to quote Obi Wan Kenobi) depends greatly on their point of view, I find.

So, yes.

Just my opinion.

I don't have a horse in the race in regards to who wins Sunday evening, but man, how can anyone not like Purdy? The guy is humble to a fault, appears to be a great leader and good teammate, etc.

Ok, so for the sake of your context and entertainment, consider me a Californian, so my comments can be taken as an inside joke for those who live in California.

I’m not bitter, I just like to poke fun at my home state.

I might even be from Silicon Valley, but that’s not necessarily definitive.

His hands. He has tiny hands.

Nobody doesn’t like Brock Purdy, the human. He’s seems like a fantastic guy.

Not everyone is convinced about his quarterbacking toolbox and his influence on the niners as a football team skill wise, however.

One thing for sure, there is no longer anyone relentlessly pumping his cards.

Do the SB rings fit on his fingers though? I bet they will

By the way, fun article on NFL hand size (by the way, I would make this list, I have some big hands I used to know my measurement but forgot it, but I recall Tim Tebow had some pretty big hands at the combine, and I remember thinking mine were bigger

To be fair, Mahomes’s hand size isn’t much bigger than Purdy’s (by one quarter inch), but what Mahomes does with the other tools in his box is unmatched.

Hand size seems irrelevant, you have total chumps like Ryan Leaf, Jim Druckenmiller, Dak Prescott, and Mark Sanchez in the top 10.

Agreed, I'm a Niners fan from the Bay Area and just can't bring myself to want to own any of his cards, even the lesser valued ones

You mean bbases didn’t do a good enough job on selling you on Purdy?

I have been loading up this week on his better lower tier cards like Donruss Rated Rookie, Mosaic parallels. Nothing fancy. Just to have some volume if he does win on Sunday.

I think there could be a decent bump with a win Sunday. Usually there's a nice run up before the game, but not seeing it for Purdy. I think that's due in part to market hesitancy surrounding the 49ers badely squeaking out the last two games.

And also the public’s general perception of the role Purdy plays in the niners success.

I think a win is already priced into his card values but that's just me.
