Pushing that fear. I remember seeing the same things in April. I wonder how many articles they will make about people dying from other things?

Trump down 11,500 votes in AZ, not enough votes left to get him over the hump. State #50 is finally called - Joe Biden.

305-232. That's a final.

I suppose the fact that multiple states/cities are out of ICU beds means nothing to you. You want to argue that the media focuses on individual deaths to scare people, fine. You want to argue that we test more and report more accurate positives than other countries and that is why our numbers are high, fine. You want to argue most people recover from the virus, fine. But the hospitalizations is not something that can be ignored. This is a very real and very serious situation.

Just her being the first woman VP is enough. Add her ethnicity and a very real possibility she becomes Prez one day and her auto becomes valuable whether she is likeable or not.

My wife says her hospital she works for is officially out of ICU beds and step down units are at capacity as well. They cannot even put people in hallways as they are literally no beds to put people in.

Great job Trump. Keep tweeting about foil hat conspiracies as this pandemic gets worse every day. He is not a leader. He is a fool.

It is. Just like it was in 2018. The only difference, we didn't hear about it.

Sorry that you haven't taken the time to educate yourself on this subject. The news will never give you the proper information that you need to understand what's going on. Trump isn't perfect, at all, but he's a TINY piece of the puzzle.

Too bad we'll have no choice if Biden gets his way, they'll be borrowing money from everyone to "pay" for lockdowns.

Yeah, that's the problem. He's a tiny piece of the puzzle. And that piece is from a different puzzle.

He could've had a much larger impact. He chose lies and disinformation over truth and guidance.

Very few people even argue that anymore. Give it up, der fuhrer has been fired. There is no need to defend him anymore, except maybe in New York state court.

He could have but it still wouldn't have mattered. We've gone down this hole 4828 times. No matter what he did, half of this country would have disagreed. We saw it back when COVID started.

The plan to borrow money from 401K to pay for people who are affected by a lockdown, if it went his way.

Honesty would've gone a long way. I think honesty would've gotten him reelected. I also think honesty would've changed the way a lot of states approached the pandemic. But Donald chose a different path and got himself fired.

Most people don't blame him for the virus. They blame him for being dishonest and careless in his response to it. Whether honesty would've changed the outcome of the pandemic is debatable, but I think it's highly likely it would've changed the outcome of the election regardless.

I was unaware of Joe's plan to do that. I shall have to read up on it. Obviously, we knew his plans were going to cost money we don't have. I just didn't know that's how he planned to get it. Scary stuff.

I'm sorry you're so angry. I do hope you get the help you need, especially if you have a family. It's a tough time right now and we are all on edge.

If he was a fantasy politician like Biden, no doubt he wins. But he was never that. He tried locking down and a vast majority of people listened... and then George Floyd died, protests happened, and Democratic Governors supported them. At that point, nothing mattered anymore. It all goes back to the fact that he could have done EVERYTHING to "stop" this, half of this country would have not supported him.

Biden is the president because he lives in a fantasy world. What we saw with Trump is what we will see with Biden, the hope is it doesn't also come with massive money losses for everyone.

Yes, i am raging.... i just threw my couch across the living room. You are just "fool" of assumptions.

Oh look I made a pun.

I am fortunate to be a in a very good position. But as a catholic and human I worry about my fellow man. If i have to close down next week and lay off individuals i will gladly forgo my salary and give to someone more in need.

This is accurate. To anyone that wants to solely blame trump, I’d ask: how much responsibility is placed on Trump for not leading the public with more transparency, public health bureaucracies for their own lack of clear direction and preparedness, Governors for playing team politics and early nursing home mismanagement, China for starting the virus, Americans for our general inability to get on the same page with anything, mainstream media for perpetuating false narratives that led to protests, and more I’m not considering.

I think there’s a lot of blame to go around, but i simply see it as a bad situation that we have to deal with. I’d say trump is at or near the bottom of the list in terms of blame, and on a case by case basis some blame can be weighted more heavily (nursing home killers). Taking action sooner would’ve done nothing as the virus is now ramping up months after cases seemed to have dropped for good. We have this fetish for making ourselves victims and placing blame wherever and whenever. We’re all to blame.
