These are taking much longer than usual. My order was delivered by usps 4 months ago, and it was logged 3 months ago. Been in "grading" for over 2 months. Just gotta sit back and be patient I guess.

I wish PSA would give a rolling timeline of expected finish times month by month. I bet they put a lot of customer service resources fielding calls and emails pertaining to this.

Kinda hard to do since it's not first in first out. Every time someone sends in an order that is at a higher service level than your order(s) or my order(s), that pushes our orders further back in the "line". The lower level services such as the bulk value orders are getting buried further and further back to the line with each day.

Seems like Collector's Club members have been kicked to the curb and are at the bottom of the barrel. I have an order that's been in grading for over 3 months now. It used to be that CC voucher orders moved quicker than standard orders, but I guess they made a change to that. Membership is a waste of money now. Just go with group subs...

I am not a physics expert but I didn't think it was possible to be kicked in the nuts through a website, but I can confirm it can happen.

Nothing is moving and it may take 6 months to get back our economy cards.

I just sent out a 1 card crossover this past Friday 1 day express mail to PSA from Florida and it still hasn’t got there to PSA. Anyone else having issues sending their cards into PSA via USPS? I feel like their usps distribution center is backed up.

I think USPS is slow. I had a priority mail box sent to NY from California last Friday and isn't going to get there until maybe tomorrow. Normally, it would have been there on Monday.

I usaully gem 70-85% on all my orders and have great success but today I was floored to say the least 41% gem rate. All 2018 /2019 chrome that I have always hit 90% gem rates on, I tried to call on hold this up and sent email. I dont know what to say really, but this is wrong, Im just being 100% honest
