Face it the 61-23 start was the mirage the 18-27 assuming they don’t come back is most likely the reality. 21 1 run losses is a bad look on Boone.

I would love to have Urshela back on the team, Sanchez not so much but if keeping him meant never getting Donaldson that is something I can live with.

Banda looks stellar in relief. Grand Slam anyone. Eff you Blake and Boone this is turning into a worse collapse than 2004 except this is a 2 month collapse and not a 4 game collapse 6-0 walked in a run now comes the grand slam. If I am team ownership I am on the phone with Girardi asking if he wants to come back. I know he didn’t do that good with the Phillies but he has to be better than Boone.
