Congrats on the great results! I made a post a few back about my 1-card Super Express. Stuck in QA2 since Friday 12/11. Have never ever seen a Super Express card not pop the same day it reaches QA2. I suspect something is F'd up. Unfortunately have seen this before...

Been in QA2 for a Regular Service order since 12/9. Starting to get a little bit impatient with this one, but am glad to see that a few others above have suffered the same QA2 delay that I'm experiencing. Makes me feel better knowing it isn't completely out of the ordinary right now.

I’m in QA2 delay too. Is this stage where they upcharge and that is cause I’d delays?

I believe this is the stage where the upcharges are noted, schaudhr. I have only ever had 3 different orders through PSA, so I can't be certain if this is upcharge related or perhaps they are just holding it back until the order hits the 25 business day deadline so they can clear through other Express and Regular orders before mine goes out.

Guess I should have been a little more patient with my post right above Grades popped about 30 minutes after my previous post. Still new to this, so I need to figure out how to be more discerning on what gets sent out and what doesn't. Overall, I'm happy with the results, especially the silver Hurts and Luis Robert purple refractor.

I have an ordered received logged 8/24 that was in grading forever. Finally moved to Assembly and now has been there for 2 weeks. I also have a crossover that was logged 8/17 that has been in grading pretty much since then.

If you have a question the best way is to email and be patient. I wouldn't waste my time trying to reach them by phone. The person will just take down your question, forward it to the department that can answer it, and send you an email when they answer it.

Their 800# actually works. There will be a long wait but allow you to be called back, which they always do.

I spoke to someone, asked it be escalated to a Supervisor. I got a call same day from a Manager, and he expedited my order.

That's what I'm hoping for. The reason I was asking for a more direct number was because when I called today (around 3pm central) I got a pre-recorded voice message saying they had reached their daily call quota for the day. Which is frankly ridiculous. I'll just try to give them a call earlier tomorrow. Hoping since it's the 4th business day on a premium order that they'll be able to get it going do the line.

You have to call early in the morning like 10-11 AM EST and then just select them to call you back when someone is available, which they will. I was just told that my economy order from July should hopefully be done by the end of the year and the other one from August 28th will be about February.
