If anyone has time to take a look at the NY-22 house race, it's just amazing. So many election officials didn't follow proper procedure and right now, the judge is an impossible position of having to figure it out.

Legal ballots may have been invalidated by election officials; and recounts / canvasses will be unable to help. Current margin right now is just 13 votes; and there are nearly 2,000 ballots with which no one has any idea what to do with across multiple counties.

Fascinatingly awful stuff.

The 2020 election has been a disaster. The mail-in election format doesn't work. They are still counting votes 3 weeks later. It's just stupid.

Honestly I joined in 2015 when there were deals on here. Now about 95% of BO sellers are above ebay. I can't really flip on here anymore but I still like to talk to some of the members

Vote was 5-4; Roberts siding w/ the liberal side of the bench. Not as excellent.

New York and New Jersey have done a terrible job on deciding what should stay open, when, and how many people can frequent such places.

At one point parks were closed - units with acres of land to distance, outside with nature and the open-air. You could dine in a sealed tent outside with strangers but not inside a building with open windows and doors with just your household members. We've seen limiting hours of even essential establishments which just crowds all the people that would have visited it into a smaller window of hours. It has been a mess.

I liked Gorsuch's concurrence.
