I'm really happy Project 2020 roped me back into the hobby. I've got a huge stash of cards I plan on going through this weekend - might find some gems.

What do we think the ESPN article does to the Print Runs for Robinson/Mays and whoever comes out today? Really hoping Robinson/Mays stay sub-10k. Obviously Jeter/McGwire are going to get very high print runs. I bought them just because I like the cards even if I don't expect them to go up much.

Good luck with that! Hopefully you collected well into the late 90s/early 00s. And hopefully a little basketball. 90s basketball inserts and Jordan cards are straight fire right now.

I hope it does nothing because it’s so early in the morning and the sale for that card is almost over. Besides anyone reading that and hopping over to the Topps site will see the Robinson and Mays buries by the beautiful jeters and mcgwires

I actually hope it funnels tons of money on this morning and that people just buy the jeters and mcgwires. Could you imagine the ~8000iwh PR Mays/Robinson at this point having potentially 4 cards come after them with 15k+ print runs each

IMO, nothing. The people reading that article this morning are the people looking for it (and already buyers). It may get shared via social media and impact future releases, but not May/Robinson.

He could have simply wanted to apply a sepia like filter to this particular card. Still has what, 16 cards to go? He could pop back to that color spin or maybe every card will have a different type of filtered light? I wasn’t too stoked on his cards but I can see them making an AWESOME display together!

As someone collecting Taylor's set, I sort of made the assumption that he would go purple for all of them. Very interested to see how he changes from here.
