They ask us and we always have it slabbed just so our customer sees exactly what it is. Its easy enough to crack a slab.

Did they damage it prior to assembly, after grading? What was the original grade if so. I saw someone have a PSA 9 damaged in assembly and PSA purchased at the 9 price.

Damaged by PSA in slabbing process I believe. They pay out the DV that was put on the card upto the value of the card in the original grade.

Well at least they covered their mistake. Not a huge card, but surprised it does not happen more. Hoping for a move to at least Q1 from assembly before the end of month. On 2021.55.

I think 2021.54 may have popped…I had a relatively low pop card (and also low value to be honest - Zion HPS Get Out The Way Purple Holo) that just went from a pop 5 to pop 6 in a PSA 10. That would be nice if that was mine since there are 12 PSA 9s compared to only the 6 gems so it’s not the easiest card to gem. It’s still a common card though, so it definitely could be someone else’s, but since this was in QA2 its a good shot to hope the sub is complete. Everything else I had in that sub was very high pop, so I’d never be able to notice a difference in those pop reports.

Standard 41 finally popped. My grades sucked but at least it's finally done.
At least I had a few decent Josh Allen's in it.

Same sub. Had some 10's on some bigger cards, but a ton of 8's as well.

Me too. Never had so many 8's in my life. It makes it even worse waiting a year for a friggin 8.

Pretty sure it was a PSA 10 based on the value they gave me. I don't remember the exact wording but I got the impression they botched it when they were putting it in the case.

I guess with the slight increase in cards being "mishandled" during PSA's process, it behooves folks to put a somewhat accurate DV when filling out their submission forms, or risk losing out on a decent chunk of change should you be the unlucky owner of a card PSA damages.

I’m voting no on this one. The 2 bulk orders that I’m in from the end of last year just now went to the grading step. I’m hoping they are done by April but I don’t have any faith in that considering most bulk orders stopped moving here recently.
