Focusing on the art, not the artist! It’s the colors! So dark like a Jungle! Beaches are so bright! San Diego is so bright!

Got the shipping notification for the Beck Mattingly today. Beck's was the only full set I put together since I really love his style.
I am kinda regretting not grabbing all the Ermsy cards and may very well try to put that set together as well if I can. Currently working with my grandfather to put together a custom black-stained box to house all these, instead of a boring ol' shoebox. Being a designer it gave me the chance to put together a nice mockup to give him an idea of what I am envisioning: ![]() I'll probably have to re-work the lettering for all the players but very happy to see how it will turn out. |

Miss seeing the artistry from WMH, a few of the ones he posted throughout the project:

Second hand, a couple weeks back his golf buddy here said he has been in touch with him and he is good. Thanks for reposting the link 440, I forgot about his movie/pop culture cards he was doing. He makes some awesome stuff!!! |

People here have been hating on Beck but his 20-card set is sweet. |

Thanks for sharing and putting your list together. It's fun to hear about different sets people are putting together and what everyone thinks of the individual cards. Myself, I'm still accumulating without a specific end goal anymore. I keep telling myself that once they're all in hand I'll figure it out.

For the most part, I'm okay with your list, although it'd be greatly improved if you switch #1 and #19. I'm also waiting on people to come around on that Mr Cartoon clown Gwynn. I think I'm going to be waiting for a long time. |

Topps has two openings for Customer Servie Reps.
https://careers-topps.icims.com/jobs/1397/job We might be better off applying to get a response back as opposed to calling and sitting on hold. |

Obviously I agree with your Siff/Jamieson swap. Probably the only card in the set that makes me reflect on Gwynn being taken far too soon. Gwynns neck in the Jamieson reads in poor taste to me related to the same thing. It’s a card that has gotten far worse over time regardless of what I feel Blake captures in the eyes. 56 responses to the Final Four survey so far, leaving this up a little longer since there are only 2 left.
Results right now in random order are 28-27 and 34-19. Close!

Is there a way to see a checklist of all the Griffey card's that were released in this set? I joined the party very very late sadly, as this set and journey seems amazing. |

I imagine the 28-27 is the battle of the two Ermsies. That was a coin toss if there ever was one. [Although, I assume Ripken will win since it'll get more of the traditionalist vote]

Alright who’s dropping this morning? It’s been a while since we’ve seen a Don C. It’s a Friday so you know what that means - most likely low print runs so time to double your order to really secure that return on investment!!

Speaking of Don C, currently enjoying "left hand of god" Koufax. It's a nice card, I'm glad I made the decision to buy. |

The cost of his project was pretty high in terms of $$, and I can also bet that it bordered or crossed over copyright/trademark rules... even though I know his intent was the opposite of to earn a profit... but if it's the cost, I for one will gladly pick up 5-10% of the total.
