Made it about 20 minutes in. How much longer do I need to watch?

And how do I know they won't appear in court? The election was a month ago. They said they had evidence this was going on for months prior. I believe he said August or something along those lines.

Why is it that Trump's own departments have declared the election free of any election changing fraud? Why have Trump appointed judges dismissed case after case after case? Why are only a few states having issues like this when other states like Florida or Ohio are free and clear of any major fraud? In a world where people now have 4K recording devices at the ready, do all we see are grainy videos of photos that aren't irrefutable? How did hundreds, if not thousands, of people pull this off without a single person being caught red handed?

I keep hearing "DOMINION!!! DOMINION!!!" yet Dominion is used in 28 states. Trump had the opportunity to shore up election security measures. I believe there were requests for election security measures in several COVID bills. They were mostly ignored. Now that he lost, it's a big deal.

If mail-in/absentee voting is so riddled with fraud, why is Trump now pushing Georgia residents to use those systems? Oh, maybe it's because he realized that pushing a false agenda that mail-in/absentee voting is fraudulent for months prior to the election when IT'S NOT, it might have cost him the general election to Biden. Trump is a fool. Most of those on his team are fools.

The judges are either scared, obummer judges, or compromised. They are doing the team a favor, goes to SCOTUS faster.
There might not even be a runoff in GA. If there is both will get 60% or more.

The lower courts don’t leave questions of law open for SCOTUS help. They made their decision.

It is the complainant that pleads to SCOTUS the court of appeal erred.

It's over. Let it go. Whining, crying, and making up crap is not going to change anything. Judges are not going to change anything. SCOTUS is not going to change anything. Nothing is going to change the outcome of this election.

This election wasn’t a cluster. It was carried out like normal, just a lot of people voted by mail or early. Trump has been calling it into question for months. He is the reason it feel chaotic. People had been saying for months that we wouldn’t know the results on election night yet some people choose not to listen.

Exactly how wasn't it a cluster? Fraud probably not, cluster yes. There most certainly should have been a better plan for mail in ballots, etc. there shouldn't be multiple times of votes showing up that weren't counted. For all the blaming of Trump for people not trusting the system this year, election officials did them selves no favors.

If they are reducing the capacity, wouldn't it still be a sellout? If you only offer 10 seats, and they sell 10 seats, wouldn't that still be a sellout? It would keep the sellout streak intact.

They tried to obtain more funding to deal with this and it was basically turned down every time. Again, additional funding for the USPS, state election boards, and election security measures were included in most every covid bill that failed. I’m not assigning blame to one party or the other, both had their roles to play. Either way, the main driver for people thinking this election was a cluster is the sitting president who wants to sow seeds of doubt about it since he lost. Had he won, he wouldn’t be saying most of this nonsense.

lolololol I fully understand it. Maybe we got our messages crossed, so let me try this one last time.

When I mentioned the 40% of disillusioned Americans, I was simply stating that with so many people concerned with fraud, then maybe it is best that SCOTUS hears the appeal. I am not saying SCOTUS intervenes because of 40%, just that it may help with transparency. Who knows, they may refuse to hear the appeal.

Regarding the Pennsylvania case, it never went to trial. It was dismissed with prejudice because the court felt it was without merit.

It then went to the court of appeal. They upheld the lower court decision.

It is now at SCOTUS. They will decide if the dismissal is legally sound. If they do, it is over. If they feel the decision is wrong, the case then goes back to the first court for an actual hearing.

I will have to still disagree with you for me personally I'm going by experiences by those that I know personally at the polls and that work for Board of Elections. This election should have been handled a lot better, regardless of President Trump.
