The rest haven't been released yet. 2 more eeveelutions in gen 4.

Yes you can still use the name trick 3 times:
Once for either vaporeon, flareon, or jolteon
Once for espeon
Once for umbreon

Thankful for the briefly cooler weather out here in the desert this afternoon. Was able to find 13 shiny Eevees today. Hoping to make that at least 20 by tomorrow and have all I’ll need for evolving since I’ve already used the naming trick.

Thunderstorms here today and tomorrow. Got 8 today (community day record for me) so I should be good. I hate driving from parking lot to parking lot though. Would much prefer to walk around. Due to the weather I mostly just screened and then moved in. Probably why I caught so many, but didn't get much dust as a result.

got 20 total shiny Eevee today. used my alt for about 30 minutes and only got 2. used my main for about 2 hours and got the other 18. of course none of them were any good, as the best 2 were 82% IV.

I actually forgot about the dust and didn't drop a star piece.

It does suck when circumstances necessitate a car. Walking and talking with people is so much more enjoyable.

so that was a fun event. Exhausting but fun, i caught 28 shinies on my main, 26 on my side. Others i was with caught 40 on their main accounts, and like probably 30 on their sides. I got maybe 1 above 82% and about 4-5 2nd tier ones. anything worse i might as well just trade between my accounts and hope for a lucky. they were boosted for 2 hours on the 2nd day so we got some nice fat ones.

the dust was fun, i probably got about 350k over the 2 days, but again it was very mentally exhausting.

Solid 2 days for me. Got 500K in dust between the 2 days, did a record number of research yesterday(132 tasks in 3 hours after 121 the prior day).

It was boosted for about half the day yesterday, some BIG Eevee were popping out.

Ended up getting 22 Shiny on Saturday, and 13 on Sunday. Best Shiny was a 91%, the rest are terrible. I screwed up thinking I only had to walk it for 5km for the evolution. I was wrong haha.

Evolving the one i'm walking now for Umbreon. Then doing the 91 for Espeon.

Did okay on numbers but all my shiny have terrible IVs. GF got one in the 90s. Did get a nice level 35 96% perfect attack regular that I'll be saving for the next gen.

How are you guys doing on evolutions? I had to evolve 6 to get a Jolteon. Got a vaporeon and then 4 flareons before finally getting a low co low IV shiny Jolteon. On my second account I evolved 5 and then stopped without a Jolteon.

Made a low IV level 30 Dragonites for a friend who recently got back into the game and we just hit ultra. Didn't end up lucky but it did go up in IV to 82% perfect attack. She is pleased, and since she previously traded me an old dratini that ended up lucky 82% perfect attack, I guess it worked out well for both of us

Got 5 Jolteons and 2 Flareons before I got a Vaporeon. Luckily I go 46 total shiny Eevees to work with. Will do Espeon and Umbreon next and then save the rest for next gen eevolutions.

Really hope they stick to one day Community days in the future. Two days in a row in Cali summer is too draining.

I wonder what they next one will be. Sort of hope it will be will be Bagon, Beldum, Ralts. However I think it will be one of the Gen 2 starters

We had one of those about 2-3 miles from my house. It was a 2900 and as soon as my friend posted it my girlfriend and I drove over to get it. Within 5 minutes it was already gone. Only one we ever saw in the wild in my town. That's not saying much though we've only had maybe 10 or so known Lapras spawns here as well.

That really sucks. It sucks to be so quick to it and still not even getting that chance. I saw on Reddit an idea to have a despawn timer to give your friend an idea how much time is left for the spawn so he can let people know when he posts. That way you don't drive out for nothing, even if 5 minutes isn't too far.

same all i want is 3, but i'll probably be doing it the full 3 hours for giggles cause my friends will want to. plus i'll do what i've been doing with shiny eevees.. just trading the crap ones back and forth. Chikoritas are gonna be lame because meganiums aren't going to have a move that'll make them really good. They normally do something cool, starter, something cool, starter so maybe october will be fun.. although it's my wedding anniversary...

Excited for the Celebi quest to start (Mon, 8/20).

I'm guessing the tasks will be much different than those at GoFest. I just can't see them making Unowns available to the masses. Unowns and Regionals are their best incentives to get people to attend the big events.

Yep, I guarantee something like the "evolve a magikarp will be the replacement, so hopefully everyone has enough Swablu or Wailmer candies.

I'm sitting on about 6,000 of each haha

Actually caught a shiny swablu on lunch today. Thats my 4th I believe of those.

I've been saving my Wailmer & Swablu candies for the same reason.

I haven't had much luck with shinies.

Caught 381 Swablu - No Shiny
506 Magikarp - No Shiny
154 Wailmer - No Shiny
