I remember those boxes of 2019 Heritage High sitting around forever, they couldn't give them away.

I have over half of the retail I purchased in the past 18 months stored. I’m not going to let them ruin and devalue the merchandise I paid for.
hahahahaha

Maybe since they want everyone to get vaccinated they need to make everyone bring their Covid vaccine card in order to purchase cards.

Or get vaccinated and get a sport card box of your choice at retail price....

From Twitter, here is a homless camp..Oh wait, it's the line outside of a random Target on this fine Thursday night. Does the person at the table with the fast food really need it?

Random Twitter post from somebody a few minutes ago:

Been waiting outside since 7.Am near back of line. Manager came out and said he doubts we will all get something. Light shipment.

Maybe they’re waiting to buy some dignity? Probably not.

I interpreted that to mean "outside since 7 PM. (I) am near the back of the line.

not really it should be distributed more evenly potentially and actually may decrease the value on ebay since more people will have a shot and wont need to turn to the secondary market to purchase

got to Target around 7:40 (am) - im estimating i was around 40th in line. guy in front of me got the last basketball blaster, i wound up with just a select football blaster. they still had probably ~10 select football and also fat packs left. and a lot of baseball and hockey and pokemon left.

Got in line at 7:15a. I was 6th in line. Able to get 3 blasters of Prizm and 3 blasters of Select. Four of the five in front of me had camped out over night. I asked them if they knew about the new policy. They had not. It was like I threw a hand grenade. They were angry. Lots of MF’ing, lots of complaints about people with money and jobs trying to buy products and how terrible it was going to be now. It was fairly amusing and I could smile a bit behind my mask.

They didn’t have any signage up but the manager told everyone once they got in that starting next week it would be a 1 per sku limit per day (not 1 total) and that anyone lining up before 6am would be banned.

They had about 20 Prizm blasters and probably 30 select blasters and a cello box. Plenty of S1 tins, Opening Day, UD S2 blasters, Megas and fat packs. Some soccer blasters. And of course oodles of Poke’ stuff.

I stopped at my target on the way home there were 5 series 1 packs for 2.98. I was like let me get the 5, register stopped at 4 and locked up. Lady came over and had to fix and said oh this is over the limit and took the pack back. Meanwhile at my walmart an old guy bought as many packs and blasters that he wanted and although the sign said 3 per person no one is enforcing

i think what they should do is 1 per sku and a max of 3 items total i feel like still not perfect but could spread the product out and potentially give more people a shot

Sounds like production is catching up to demand fairly well outside of those to-die-for Prizm RCs then.
