You're putting words in my mouth, I literally said it's not worth the legal effort, much like the Trump legal effort was pointless as well. But if they were to challenge it, they'd be much more likely to prevail than Trump would.

You can be the president and still be a fascist. One of the definitions of a fascist is, "a person who is dictatorial or has extreme right-wing views."

I don't think he's either. And his presidency was obviously not dictatorial. There was no possible way for that to ever happen.

Hes gonna try. It is of the utmost importance that we do not allow the POTUS of any side to be able to pardon himself. That'd mean a POTUS can do whatever they want without any repercussions.

That can't be allowed.

But even if he does, sounds like the Manhatten DA is just awaiting Jan 20th to go after him. Just interviewed his bank and insurance broker on a criminal probe related to tax and insurance fraud. Good. Make his life hell and end it in an orange jumpsuit.
