How long has it been in Q2? This does not bode well for 2021.55 that has been in assembly for 7+ weeks.
My son and my birthday is in February. Will it best those dates back in our hand?

Just a little over 3 weeks. Josh's updates show that 70+ of his orders completed in the same time frame so whatever's causing this delay isn't impacting the other subs. Something likely failed the QA2 check and had to go back which is delaying the completion. Stuff that's stuck in assembly are likely orders with cards that need non standard size cases that they likely ran out of, I had 2 personal's go into assembly on Dec 8th, the first went into QA1 on the 14th and the second went in on the 18th so stuff is still moving along, it's just unfortunate that there's something wrong with your order.

QA1 email was dated Dec 2nd, it went into QA2 a few days later, i don't recall the exact day because they don't send out emails but I saw it in that status on Dec 6th so definitely less then a month.

I actually missed 1 that was higher than us but we moved up a few spots again overnight (its a rolling 30 day thing). I wanted to see defect rates for the past 30 days (because its the time measured) and I am very pleased.



Interesting that the 2 raw vintage guys only on this list have very very very low defect rates. Very proud of ours as well.

Yes unfortunate indeed, but nothing I can do but wait. Josh and his team are great once they have the cards in hand to get them Out to customers. I also now Pokémon submissions take longer, but PSA needs to find a solution for this going forward.

Man the negatives, keeping everything in perspective, are interesting. Your negative feedback is amazingly low, clapping here. I expected prostein to be high, but others surprised me.

A solution for what? It’s been reported that the majority of the backlog at the time of the shutdown was TCG. And that there was a TCG order from Asia totaling in the seven figures.

The solution going forward is that people shouldn’t be submitting every rare and above card they pull, as they were doing in January and February.

The solution is to have a FIFO system, regardless of the level people submit. Also, people can submit what they want if they have the money to pay for it. I have zero problem with what people submit. That is their right. I could care less if it is what some consider “junk” wax or high dollar cards. I would say a lot of the cards in the registry are “junk,” but you have a right to submit those. I will say it again FIFO should be a standard.

Dang, PCS killing it with the awesome ebay ratings. Im a little surprised that COMC is that low with the complaints since that all I hear from everyone is how slow they ship. Admittedly, that has gotten better recently.

Regular is humming along. If they go this fast on all Regular orders there's not gonna be much need for the Express tier, which might operate on the same timeframe.

Lol @ the negatives for Probstein. Can't believe people still use him.

It's probably even higher than that. I've never had a negative selling but my concierge told me if I get one, let them know and they'll remove it. I only imagine someone like Probstein has much better perks.

You can't always get negatives removed but you can get some removed. We've definitely been given ones that were not warranted so they got removed.

EG - We just got a negative today that says "Ty". That will be removed the next time I call eBay.

Standard 2021.67 been in assembly since 11-8-21. Crazy!! Fix the damn glue gun!!! My last standard and it figures that it’s stuck in card purgatory with no reason why.
