What are hanger boxes? I know hanger packs, is that what they mean? I thought they were $9.98 last year?

Hanger boxes are new. They still have the rack packs, but are sold out atm.

Some hangers like 16-17 Optic only had one pack of 12 cards. This one might be similar (12-18 cards?) or it will have multiple 4 card packs. No one really knows yet.

Interesting. Hopefully they are at least 4 packs. 4 cards per pack times 4, 16 cards. A buck a card, I think that is basically buying a retail pack at a time.
