CJ is gonna make these guys so much better. The lack of competence in the organization has reflected in team performance since CP and DWest left, but he's already whipping the young guys into shape and teaching them how to be professionals. Max even tried to make a Big Mac joke and CJ shut that sh*t down quick

I hate it when players throw their potential away, especially when it's because they can't put down a fork.

This kind of garbage needs to stop.
You would have no clue about what his eating habits are.

Hell Luka comes in chubby every season.

Zion is still a baby.

He's a high-level athlete who has to consume at least a few thousand calories a day. Clearly he's eating more than he should and needs a nutritionist. I'm saying this as a huge Shaq fan who watched him ruin his career over food.

The dude isn't playing 3-4 games per week. It's kind of a big deal.

He's gonna be fine in the routine of a season.

Shaq ruined his career. What a chump. News to me.

When did Oden put up stats in the same universe as Zion?

Zion's not large, he's HUGE!
He's always been huge, even when he was cut.
At Duke he was 285lbs at 6'6" with little body fat, that's a huge man! That prototypical size for a defensive end and if he let himself go a little he could've been a dominant 3 technique DT.

I think with what's happened over the last two years he'll keep his body fat down.

The comments on that one killed me. "CJ is who Kyrie thinks he is" LOL

And CJ saying Zion likes southern cuisine

We need some clarification here as to which Shaq you are talking about here, as surely it can't be 4x NBA champion, 3x Finals MVP, 15x All-Star Shaquille O'Neal.

That exact one who was a shell of his former self (still very good though) by age 31.

I'm not a hater of Zion and think even if he's overweight he'll be a perennial All-Star (assuming he stays healthy). I just don't think he'll become one of the greats if he doesn't stay in shape.

Hated to see CJ leave Portland, but it was time. Never a bad word said about him and always a fixture in the community. Pels scored a homerun. Now big Z just has to stay healthy and this squad is looking crazy dangerous -- on paper. I can see his scoring numbers falling back a tad this season due to the sheer talent at that end. Which may be a good thing. He can focus on his peripherals, especially his defense.

Seen this movie, 2 off seasons in a row. Is this the 3rd installment of the trilogy? Workout photos. Dunking videos. Out for the season. Rinse & Repeat.
