They aren't really going to pull off a WCW? Shaq versus a prominent star.

Right, they telegraph it. I think it would have been much better as a surprise.

The woman division is so awful. The Red Velvet/Conti match was so slow and I feel having that match in the middle slowed the show down.

Overall show wasn't bad. It was on par for their usual dynamites after a PPV. Where are Lee and Archer? Seems like guys disappear for periods in AEW.
Pac coming back made the show.
Hobbs got to turn on Darby and join Team Tazz, right?
Please no Shaq.

I can't believe that AEW looked at WWE/Impact and saw how over their women's division was and was like nah - who cares. It's just lack of effort, lack of respect. I don't understand it at all.

Jade Cargill is a step in the right direction. She is still Raw, but is athletic enough to help. They really need Tessa Blanchard. Thunder Ross needs signed.

Women like Nyla Rose, Big Swole, Brandi, Anna Jay do nothing for the women division but they are on TV Weekly.

Pac returning was about the only good thing on the show for me. Though him coming back and actually getting to beat the hell out of Kingston would have made more Impact, but guess they wanna save that.

The Inner Circle/MJF thing was bad, but thankfully not as long as I thought it would be.

Shaq? Why? I said the same thing 3-4 years ago or however long it was when WWE wanted to bring him in to face Big Show, but then Shaq backed out.

Tessa Blanchard is arguably, the best female wrestler, on the planet.
Loved her Impact intergender matches. Awesome stuff

Tessa is a great wrestler, but also reportedly a trash human being who has burned every bridge she's ever crossed.

Default It wasn't Shaq

WWE didn't think he'd get in good enough shape for the match with Big Show.

Default Agreed

I mean if there was any place for her it would be AEW just because Tully is there but yeah she's never been a model citizen.

I have to disagree in regards to Anna Jay. The girl is 22 years old and has been improving every single week. The biggest problem with the women's division in AEW is lack of stars at the top no question about that. What AEW HAS done a nice job of is get a strong crop of young talent that over the next few years if developed correctly will be a great foundation well into the future. Tay, Anna Jay, Swole, Statlander, Velvet, Baker, Shazza, Riho, Ford, and Shanna are all under 30!! Work to be done no question, but the future is definitely looking bright.

I like Britt Baker, she could definitely be a star, and I like Statlander. I don't think any other one has the chance to be a star.

Not much AEW talk lately.. Dynamite the last two weeks has been blah, this week was better then last week. I do like these storylines tho. Wonder what Archer's deal is with helping Pac and Locha Bros?

Cody continues to get way to much air time..I get it he is a boss, but seems like every week the story is around him and it's getting dull. Now he is feuding with Shaq, Taz?

The women division sucks bad..At this point not sure if it can even be saved.

Wonder where Brodie and Cabana are? He hasn't been seen or even really talked about for a month or so, since the Cody match. Uno seems to be the leader if the DO. Silver seems to be the story guy now. Are Lee and Colt done with DO? Are they getting Page as the new leader?

No doubt Mox loses to Omega next week. I think they are setting up Mox heel turn too. I just hope Kingston isn't the next is line for a title shot. I would love to see MJF get the belt. By far the best mixture of skill and on the mic in the company. Total villian.

Brodie is injured. Colt was just on BTE with the Dark Order for the Thanksgiving episode. They talk about Brodie all the time and just mentioned that he was the reason Anna Jay got her title match against Shida.

I would agree with you that Mox probably loses to Omega next week. I would expect Omega to have a pretty decent reign with the title. MJF will definitely be a great champion down the line.

I still disagree with you on the women's division being a "lost cause" I think the future is fantastic. However I do agree with you that currently they are lacking some star power around the top of the card. It is great to have prospects for the future but you have to have the "right now" talent as well and AEW is lacking that talent right now.

I love Cody he is one of my favorite wrestlers. That being said I agree it seems like they are a little lost as to what exactly to do with him. The Shaq mention with no follow up was strange and while I don't mind a Cody/ Cage feud having him get into it with Tazz was also a little out of left field.

Either way everything AEW has been putting out is light years ahead of the slop Vinnie Mac has been throwing out there the last few months.

I’m excited. Omega/Mox should be fantastic.

The guy is 61 years old he was cool to watch 20-25 years ago but a guy who has nothing left in the tank does nothing for me. We all have seen this crow sting so many times it's meh. It's like Hogan coming out doing his posing to I am an American.
