From what I read, the Eagles only allow pic/video for the first 20 minutes of practice. Best bet is to follow beat reporters on Twitter

Cole tackled McCoy today and he didn't like it. Both got into a huge fight. McCoy was pulled off of pile and then jumped again to get to cole

Enough with the antics you knuckleheads

Check your local Target for this Foles shirt. I'm going to mine today to see if they have one and check how much they are.

I couldn't find any at either Target I checked. I think it's just a Philly area thing.

Looking forward to seeing a few players in particular tonight. I'd like to see how Vinny Curry and Beau Allen do, as well as Brandon Graham and Nolan Carroll. And then of course Marcus Smith and Jordan Matthews (let's see if they're as real as the media is portraying them to be).

A shame I won't get to catch the birds tonight, stuck out on vacation in these Hawaii hurricanes. Luckily I set it up to be recorded before I left.

Fun game to watch! Loved seeing all the new players get some action. I was actually pretty satisfied with the defense. They look plenty improved compared to last year. Here were the players that I noted mainly:

Mark Sanchez
Beau Allen (really happy with this guy...shed blocks like crazy and looked incredible for a 7th round pick)
Marcus Smith (he gets off the line like a rocket)
Matt Tucker
Malcolm Jenkins
Chris Maragos
Vinny Curry
Entire O-Line

Not Impressed:

Nick Foles (not worried though)
Jaylen Watkins (completely whiffed on that press coverage TD, but made up for it with an INT later on)

Man on the EMB it's Momah 24/7......can't say I've ever heard his name even mentioned here! Heard he didn't drop a pass tonight but Matthews did. I will get to watch the game on NFL Network around noon tomorrow, pretty excited.

Yeah I was a bit indifferent about Matthews. I liked what he did most of the game. He made some nice plays and good blocks, but yes he had two drops that were a bit annoying. But they look more like concentration drops than anything else, so I'm not super concerned.

Really like what Josh Huff brought last night. Special teams will be much improved this year.

Huff did well on special teams yesterday and had a few nice receiving plays, but honestly that 102-yard TD return was mainly just good blocking from the team. Huff went almost untouched into the endzone, so I wouldn't credit all of that effort to him. Actually, his other returns weren't very spectacular so I thought he did okay. For a rookie, still pretty good though

Part of the reason he wasn't touched is because of his speed haha. I think he made it to the endzone in less then ten seconds.

Definitely he was blazing fast, but it wasn't like he had to juke anybody out or break any tackles or anything haha. He pretty much just found a lane and his speed did the rest. For some reason, I was most satisfied with Marcus Smith and Beau Allen last night. Marcus showed incredible burst off the line and great coverage abilities, and Beau was block shedding double teams like it was easy. Really hope he gets some work with the first team and takes Logan's spot at NT this year. It's kind of ironic because Beau's college tape looks like crap, but it looks like he's going to have a good impact on our defense. I have a feeling we will be seeing Beau and Marcus more than we anticipated in their rookie seasons.
