Why wouldn't they be? PSA was aware of Gary Moser and friends being major trimmers in 2005 and Joe Orlando remarked at the National that year that he would not suspend their ability to submit cards. As said before, if PSA (and new co-owner Nat Turner) wanted to make things right, they could DECERTIFY ALL CARDS SUBMITTED BY MOSER, PWCC, and the rest of the known card alterers outed.

Yes! With this mountain of evidence how can they not and keep a clean nose? Unless they themselves agree that the chop shop that is pwcc is truly preserving cards. And if thats the case I'd like to hire pwcc to preserve my ex wife ��
