While I feel bad for your pain, I used my subs and their stages as a point of reference. Because you have older subs than 2021.118 am I not supposed to look at my situation sideways? I guess because people have older bulk subs my year long standard and 4 month assembly stage shouldn’t matter?

I have not mailed anything to your team in over a year now so maybe this is typical/normal, but my submission USPS package shows this status -

Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location

If it was attempted on the weekend it makes sense because no one is there. We will get it Monday.

Just curious - not attacking PCS like other idiots on here - what’s the oldest bulk out there? I have a 2021.08 in grading

First time using you guys so forgive me if this has been discussed before, but have you all ever considered loading in the PSA cert #s under our My Submissions pages sooner than after grades pop (I'm guessing thats when they will show up?).

Pretty sure they typically do not change the cert # after you get them at the end of R&ID, though there may be some logistical problem with putting them in early, like if a sub contains multiples of a card that multiple people sent in. I'm impatient and like using the set registry trick to see my grades early lol (aware they do sometimes change in the QA phase). Anyway, just a thought!

The earliest we could potentially add them is the grading phase but there is not much value there. It is something I’ve considered doing but probably wouldn’t do it until after the backlog is cleared as we try to be as efficient as possible.

Cute….god forbid I ask someone I pay for some customer service help. So if you went to a restaurant and it took them 2 hours to assemble your plate you wouldn’t ask the server what’s up? Because my standard has taken 1 year and 4 months of that is in assembly. How dare I ask…clown

So if I can’t ask PCS a service question about my order what is the purpose of sending to them oh wise one? I’m paying them not PsA when I use them. I’m the customer to PCS. Customers are allowed to ask questions aren’t they? Isn’t it valid to ask why a standard is in grading over a year? Answer that directly not with “oh I have bulk in longer”. You having an older sub is irrelevant as to my issue that a standard order is taking over a year. How possibly is that above your level of understanding.

I’m totally fine with you asking the question and I wish I had a better answer but it’s just out of my hands. I can’t bang my head against the wall every day. Unfortunately there are random extenuating circumstances that make some subs just take too long. Psa won’t change the price or adjust anything, it’s just a really hard / frustrating situation for all.

I get it Josh and it should be ok to ask such a question. Not be called an idiot because I asked the company I pay why a standard is taking a year. My hope was that your personal rep being a bulk submitter could give clarity.

The one thing I’ve learned is that asking questions is certainly frowned upon.

Questions are fine just have to understand the answer may not be what you want. All he will tell me is they are going to push some along to help. But that’s futile after a while because if everything is a priority nothing is a priority. Ya know?

I will say -- PSA should be able to differentiate bulk economy orders from standard orders -- so why they refuse to hunt down the standard orders and get them out before the economy orders is a tough pill to swallow for a lot of people...when PSA customers sent their orders directly to PSA, they had to put that bar code on the side of the package, so PSA could surely use that code to determine which packages are which (in fact that is the reason they have us put the code on the outside of the package, so why aren't they using it as intended?). I guess they are still dealing with such an insurmountable pile of packages that they don't want to spend the time to pull the standard packages and pull them to the front of the line. No excuse for that and clearly a disservice to their customers. Hang in there and hopefully your order will get thru soon..
