I have not mailed anything to your team in over a year now so maybe this is typical/normal, but my submission USPS package shows this status -

First time using you guys so forgive me if this has been discussed before, but have you all ever considered loading in the PSA cert #s under our My Submissions pages sooner than after grades pop (I'm guessing thats when they will show up?).
Pretty sure they typically do not change the cert # after you get them at the end of R&ID, though there may be some logistical problem with putting them in early, like if a sub contains multiples of a card that multiple people sent in. I'm impatient and like using the set registry trick to see my grades early lol (aware they do sometimes change in the QA phase). Anyway, just a thought! |

I have a personal modern sent to PCS in mid-December 2020 that’s still in grading.

So if I can’t ask PCS a service question about my order what is the purpose of sending to them oh wise one? I’m paying them not PsA when I use them. I’m the customer to PCS. Customers are allowed to ask questions aren’t they? Isn’t it valid to ask why a standard is in grading over a year? Answer that directly not with “oh I have bulk in longer”. You having an older sub is irrelevant as to my issue that a standard order is taking over a year. How possibly is that above your level of understanding. Again as I’ve said 3 times probably, I know Josh and PCs doesn’t grade my cards, but I’m their customer not PsA when I sent to them. It should be my right as a customer to ask a logical question.
