How about putting the onus on the company that is providing me with a redemption for a "hit" to get me what I paid for?

I busted monumental quantities of wax when i got back in the hobby in 2010 until 2014. At one point I had over 70 redemptions with Panini. I am down to 20 and have requested replacements for them multiple times through the website and email. No response, no replacement on anything to any my inquiries.
Doesn't matter, if Topps does it then Panini is in the clear. The old two wrongs equals I'm right thing hahahahaha

I contacted them every year for 4 years for (27) replacements. Each time I was told 4-8 weeks. Then I’d wait patiently for another year. A guy on one of these threads suggested that I contact my states attorney general. I sent one more email to Panini telling them that was my next move. I had an email by the end of the day, and all replacements by the end of the week. My question is, why should it have to come to that? I’m always polite and was extremely patient with them, considering the $ I had already invested in a product that it took 4 years to receive. Lesson learned. I now spend all my hobby $ on epack. Just my experience with them.

I would think it would only take a couple weeks. If it indeed is live on the redemption sheet and you haven't gotten any movement in a month, I think it definetly warrants a call. That 4 month thing is how much time has to pass before asking for replacements, not for a card that has gone live.

started with Robert 8 months ago for about 5k worth of redemption replacements. no responses the last 2 months except out of office auto response...

And people wonder I sell any redemption with a value more than a large pizza.

I have 1 I am going to ask for replacements for.

I will tell them I will take ANY Red Sox or Patriots player.

I will be happy with what I receive.

6 emails and literally 12 minutes and the redemptions are taken care of. Now I realize that some requests may be more complicated than mine. And take a little more back and forth. But this was really not a difficult process.

I appreciate you posting this info. I had 2 pending redemptions (one which I knew was live) with Panini. Sent them an email yesterday morning (to all 3 addresses). This morning I received 2 responses from Panini. One was to let me know they've shipped one of my redemptions (the one I knew was live). The other message was in regards to - redemption for a 2016 Panini Prime Signatures Dual Auto of Jalen Ramsey and Vernon Hargreaves III #ed/99. The customer care rep (Cody) gave me the option for a replacement of equal value. I agreed to that and informed him I'd prefer the replacement to be either Jalen Ramsey or Khalil Mack.

Just a few moments ago I was informed I'll be receiving the following card - 2016 Panini Preferred Jalen Ramsey Rookie Color Guard Blue Autograph #ed/49.

Great Job by Panini...IMHO

They just informed me the value of the Davante Adams contenders rookie ticket autos are valued at $30 and the Khalil Mack Contender variation autos are valued at $100.

and that's no fair? If anything it seems the suggested value is pretty high. Which would benefit you...or am i missing something?

If they told me the exact cards I would get, then maybe. But I want both these cards for my PC. They are replacing two other cards I don’t care about. We shall see what they say I’m getting for those. I also asked about if those two cards are even being made and about Odell. No answer to those questions. Someone mentioned before that Adams card aren’t going to be made. But no mention of that.

Well, I emailed Yessica yesterday. Today I got an email back from Robert, who I had emailed previously. He apologized, as they have been swamped and only 3 of them. Also said that she no longer works there. So that email may not be one to email anymore
