What is with people on Ebay saying "If you take less I will pay immediately" - Page 3

Had it happen with clothing today.

Woman offered $100 on a $300 jacket.

"Have Paypal. Can Pay now and not next week"

That wouldnt have swung my decision even if she offered what I was looking for.

I always thought that the people that do these requests assume you are hard up for money so you will jump at the fast cash.
