I bet they are going to say something along the lines of "We looked at his cards and thought somthing was not right with them so we sent them back"

But we provided our service by looking at them and thats what we charged him for.

Something like that, maybe?

That company needs to be regulated by someone or something. They think they can just do whatever they want.

From what I've been told PSA has a long track record of retaliating against dealers that don't drink the PSA Kool-Aid just like they ban posters on the CU forum that whistleblow fraud involving PSA graded material. I'd like to see collectors asking more questions to PSA like how many cards known card doctors have submitted to them that they have put a numerical grade on over the last 15+ years!

I understand your concern and I hope you get your money back because that is flat wrong, but you should have said something before or waited until after your cards were done. Don't criticize the chef while he's making your food!

I'm sorry, but this guy is right. You literally went to the service window and told the chef he is a terrible human-being WHILE YOUR PERSONAL MEAL was on the flat burner that he was cooking IN FRONT OF YOU. Of course they are in the wrong but you are unbelievably shortsighted.

LOL! "Literally"? I asked them if it was a scandal yet after they told me it was nothing. Where did I call them terrible human-beings? Don't compare this to a hard working cook who probably gets paid minimum wage. I wasn't worried about them banning me and shipping my cards back. I knew I had recourse and so what if they didn't grade them because their brand is being damaged. Now I can show people how this company operates. Who again was being shortsighted?

Not defending PSA with the refund but if you are critical of the grading companies and their practices why would you send them 269 cards?

I sent them in before all the stories of fraud came out. They had some of my items since March. I didn't ask them about the scandal until July 22nd.

So no one is allowed to be critical of PSA? Even after everything they have done.

PSA stinks at what they do. You are just to shortsighted to see it.
