Does PSA provide this type or any type of customer service?

So are you returning it or selling? I assume keeping since it's currently listed for 10 on ebay.

I honestly think I might just keep it and send to BGS. I don't think it's trimmed.

Based on this image, it looks trimmed. And if PSA says EVID TRIM instead of N6, it's almost certainly trimmed. Have you sized it out to any other card or better yet, another 1996 Credentials?

Top edge. For that issue, the card looks too perfectly centered. But again, you can just measure it and compare to another issue. If it measures correctly, I would send to PSA again.

I actually do have a Mourning /499 laying around somewhere. I will find it and compare it tonight.

I pulled this Wright from a pack. These cards came out of the pack looking like crap with lots of production flaws. From the pics I say your Jordan is probably good. PSA should have sleeved that card when shipping back, surface can scratch real easy.

I bought a Jordan raw many many years ago. It was definitely short compared to non-credentials and I’m near certain it wasn’t trimmed. As many have said, these cards are notorious miscut / diamond cut.

I feel like the entire set is, not exclusive to Credentials. Could it be they just stand out more? Even 97-98 Thrill Seekers is plagued with this. Not sure about E-XL.

This is where PSA infuriates the hell out of me. Whether it is N6, Evidence of Trimmed, or doesn't meet the minimum grade you set, they just put the card back in with no sleeve.

Had several cards surfaces destroyed because of this.

Curious about this still.

If it was altered, I would be upset but the upside is OP likely bought for a good deal on Mercari. It's not even certain it was altered right? So all things considered, given the desirability and scarcity of this card I'd want to keep it. And as others mention maybe try sending to BGS and see what they say. Maybe include ref photos to similarly miscut Jordan credentials if that tends to be a common factory flaw.
