I probably would have included Avijda and Toppin on that list as well based on resale value. That would make 5 players (at least) that would be considered bigger hits.

A "typical" case should have 4-5 pf those guys and a 1/1. Cases without a 1/1 should have at least one of the /2's.

Depending on the buy-in (I paid roughly $2650 and $2850 after tax for both cases), that seems like a solid group of hits for the price. I think the "Big 5" plus a 1/1 or /2 could cover the cost of a case on their own with the rest being gravy. It's tough to say because sometimes when a product is "too" loaded you can see prices decline as inventory is so rich. But even if those 5 aren't a guaranteed break-even, there are plenty of smalls that will add up.

I have to believe there is far more than $2600-$2800 in value in an average case, making this a nice early offering before the NBA products come out. The checklist has eased my mind, at the least.

Such a small checklist which is both good and bad. Not chasing any of the top three picks so this hits weak for me.

Even the rookie base set will be a nice bonus. You can't sell a Devin Booker base card for crap but you can sell a top 20 pick quite easily. This product really flew under the radar for what it will contain. Once it goes live I think buyers will be happy.

That works out to $2625 per case, so definitely a loss.

But interestingly enough, two other sellers on DealerNet have them listed for sale at $3,000/case, so clearly those sellers believe that this product is not worth holding or selling for a higher profit. I think BO knows that they can easily buy this for 3K now so they might as well gamble on somebody else trying to get out from under their purchase.

Which none of this makes any sense based on the checklist. The product is surely going to do well for anyone who purchased at 3K or under. Just goes to show how many people are playing with money that they can't afford to spend. There is no reason to buy something for $2650 (IF they even bought at bottom) and immediately re-sell for $3,000. After shipping and DN fees (I believe DN charges 3%) you are making at best $200 on a case or possibly breaking even if you purchased one step before bottom.

Tough to read but quad is for Top 3 picks and Toppin.

I imagine this is the average case based on print run for product.

I wasn’t sure what the Immaculate Moments was when I calculated the auto odds. Now that I know they’re auto cards, it increases the odds of pulling an Anthony Edwards or LaMelo Ball auto. Odds are now higher than what I stated in my previous post.
