Almost all of the other Mike trout finest autos are listed as refractors.
What should I do in this situation? He claims it does not say refractor on the card so it is not a refractor.

thanks for your help

his ebay username is phantom1257 and his name is C Falero jr and lives in NY beware!!
Not sure this belongs here. However, you should tell him to ship it back (on his own dime) if he doesn't like it.

Just a question on eBay fees...I always thought BIN/OBO were .5 to list and 11% fee on the final sale price.

And that auctions were 9%. Is this correct? Because some listings fit this and others don't for me.

I'm not very trustworthy with the post office so I am open to Fedex or UPS, but I was just wondering if you would be willing to give me your insight. I'd like to use the cheapest, safest route if there is such a thing. I would greatly appreciate any info you may be able to supply me with. Thanks in advance.

If you sold it on eBay, purchase their ShipCover insurance and ship it however you want. If not, I've never had a problem shipping USPS Priority Mail International. There's no DC (tracking) outside of the US though.

If you're paranoid, you can pay around $30 to use DHL. Nationally, DHL sucks. Internationally however, they are pretty legit.

If it makes you feel any better, I've successfully shipped computer components to Brazil, Russia, Eastern Europe, England, Hong Kong and China with zero problems. I shipped all of those packages USPS Priority Mail Int'l. It was around $13 for that.

Whenever I ship a single card (or couple of cards), I follow the method prescribed here: penny sleeve, top loader w/ tape, cardboard sandwich, #000 bubble mailer. I prefer to use cardboard over those "dummy cards" because, well, it just makes me feel better. I only send out a few cards every week, so I've been cutting my own pieces of cardboard. I don't want to do that anymore, so I looked into buying pre-cut 3" x 4" pieces of cardboard.

There is an eBay seller that sells packs of 100 for about $8 + $7 S&H. This seller would likely combine shipping, probably could even do like 3-4 packs (300-400 pieces) for the same shipping amount. But even at that price, I'm looking at adding about $0.20 to my shipping cost just for the cardboard.

Do you guys know of a better place to buy cardboard pieces, or for every large case break do I just need to spend a few hours cutting cardboard boxes?

EDIT: Alright, one possible option would be to order 12" x 12" sheets from Uline. Each sheet could be cut into 12 3"x4" pieces, so each sheet would service 6 shipments. Cost for 100 sheets (for 600 shipments) would be $30 + $16 S&H (wtf?), or $11 S&H if I have it shipped to my work (apparently UPS does not want to come to my house). Thus, my added cost for each shipment would now be in the $0.07-$0.08 range. My time estimate for cutting would be 1 minute per sheet. I am willing to spend 1.5 hours to cut enough cardboard for a year's worth of shipments (at my current rate).

I shipped this item to this person with the correct address but the tracking says "forwarded" to another place.. Why is this? Will it ever show up again? https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfi...01238744959905

Shipped a $740 card today with insurance and the clerk said that tracking was included. When I enter the number at USPS, it comes up as invalid. Will tracking only be available if I file an insurance claim?

Thanks!

Which carrier is strongly preferred for shipping an expensive card to China?

USPS?
UPS?
Fed Ex?

It usually takes 24 hours for tracking to update online. Be patient.

Yeah, just wondering because it did not look like a tracking number that you could use under track & confirm. The format was VI 000 000 000 US

Hmm ... that is not a tracking number, but a "numbered insured" code. Is that the only number you've got? If so, I believe you may not have purchased delivery confirmation.

This is why I always use PayPal Shipping, so I know exactly what I'm getting.

Yeah, the lady at the counter said that was the tracking number, so I beleived her. I always use PayPal, but since the card is insured for over $500, I had to physically go to the post office. I just hope the card gets there safe and sound and the buyer agrees. He has plenty of positive feedback, but you never know these days...

Quick question on the brother label printer. What is the spool that the roll goes on? Why would I need to buy this? Doesn't it come with one? Do I just need one and that's it forever?

With the recent USPS price increase, is a first class 3 oz and under package still $1.64 or did it go up as well?

He's correct... Cheaper to do it online than going to the Post Office in person.

I mailed back a card to a seller because I won a SNAD case but when I put in the tracking number to usps it gives me this message-

Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office.

Granted I printed it out around 11:59pm yesterday and gave it to the clerk at the post office this morning should I be worried when it comes to showing it has been delivered? BTW it was over $250 so I used priority mail with sig confirmation

Ebay is a PIA w/tracking #'s updating. I have items which were delivered ages ago and I have received feedback on them, yet ebay shows "in transit" while usps.com will show delivered. Also I ordered some stuff last weekend and one part was delivered yesterday but ebay doesn't even show it being picked up, while the other 2 items are coming ups and also show nothing on ebay even though they are in transit and scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday per the ups site.

I think that you should be able to add the dc/tracking # manually to a claim or to the purchase.

I'm using the Brother QL-700 and it's been GREAT for shipping using Paypal. I need to send some stuff to some guys here on the forums. How do I set something like this up to pay and ship using Paypal. It's just a trade so no money being traded therefore no click here for shipping label. Thanks for the help.
