This reminds me of the principal reason why I almost never sell cards from my collection anymore, most of which are raw. There's no way I want to be held hostage by a bunch of clueless morons at one of the TPGs. I know how to look at cards and I don't want a potential buyer to be misled by some idiot who can't even tell the difference between a hand cut and factory cut Wayne Gretzky rookie card (yes Beckett, I mean you).

These cards are notorious for sizing issues. Ive had pmgs from this set that were all sizes. It’s not just the pmgs, it’s a lot of cards from this release.

Not usually. The length of time a customer is entitled to a refund varies with the type of payment. If he paid with a credit card, he may still be able to do a charge back.

I think the time limit for most major credit cards is 120 days, which he is over. Also if he tried to say it was a fraudulent purchase I have his eBay messages. I’m not really sweating it but it’s ridiculous nonetheless.

I don’t think the thread should be removed because it has definitely shined a light on a problem with grading PMGs. But I will say Rich did reverse the PayPal charge back and had the feedback removed. I am curious to see if he has success with SGC.

Thank you and again I should have researched the pmgs before sending it to bgs. In 15 days we will see what sgc does

Why not post some current pics of the card now in the thread? It will clear your name from wrong doing as well.

I used to like grading cards. But instances like this makes me appreciate the hobby a lot more before grading came into existence.

You just need to know what you are selling and buying. These cards were notorious for being cut all jacked up. Based on the photos, the OP trims with an angle grinder.
