It was a simple joke lol. Trust me worse ones about the situation have been making the rounds on Around the Horn, Pardon the Interruption, Rome is Burning, etc. for years. Although I’m pretty sure Chris Rock did have a pretty funny bit about Kemp back in the day but I find pretty much all his standup hysterical.

I don’t think so. The majority of crimes perpetuated with a gun are those that are illegally owned or stolen.

This looks pretty bad for Kemp -- there is video of him firing his gun at someone in a mall parking lot. It doesn't look to be in self defense. He reportedly dumped his gun in the bushes when the police arrived.

Yes I said I’m sure it is better there. I doubt they have anywhere near the gun violence. That’s why I said I am envious and admire it.
