Just stopped by today and picked me up a caniac meal. My last RC's meal was in Vegas so I'm excited we finally got one.

Grabbed The Box just now. Craniac was $18.79. Pretty pricey for sure

Canes is fine..nothing amazing. Similar to In and Out where they have little to chose from/no new items on the menu. Just Chicken tenders, toast, fries, and Coleslaw. If you get a caniac card you can earn free chicken.

Toast is great, Fries arent good and if you order to go they will be soggy in a few minutes, Coleslaw is below avg, The chicken is good/consistent but not amazing. They only have one sauce which is good but would love more options. If we plan on going to Canes I stop at an Indian restaurant first and get some sauces like Korma, Vindaloo, or Tikka Masala to dip my chicken in and get some real flavor.

I love Cane's. We don't have one here but they are building one and it will be done sometime this summer. It is on the other side of town though. I would wait maybe 20 minutes tops. I've been to Cane's several times on the way to TX/KC area so I'm going to wait whenever the newness of it goes away and honestly my family only goes to the other side of town when we are going to the airport.

They actually sell honey mustard as well which is much better dipping the chicken in. I'm not sure why you have to purchase it though instead of substituting their sauce for it.

They have more than one sauce...

Their honey mustard is almost better than the Canes sauce

Now, seeing as we have always had one close to us, I don’t see the novelty in it. Would I wait for a grand opening, not more than 10-15 minutes.

It is always better to just wait a week, and wait times will be down to normal. You can always wait a few days.
