Here, I'll show you the three sizes...

Here's expanded desktop, not possible on eBay mobile on my phone.

Here's the normal auction view.

Here's what I can see from my iPhone 6s

Did you not know your able to click on the picture on the app and blow it up on your screen? I believe you can find the iPhone user guide on Apple's website if you have more questions.

OK, so some people say they can see it. Some say they can't. I couldn't, and still can't unless I know right where I'm looking.

So I pose this question....I posted all of the other 10 Jordans from this set he sold that night. All of them show the WHOLE case except for the one I won where it is cropped right in the middle of the damage. Does anyone REALLY think this is a coincidence? I know it isn't. i know it was purposefully done to help hide the damage. But can ANYONE really give the seller the benefit of the doubt there? I think not.

I do know how to expand, and when I do on my iphone 6s, it shows even less of the left edge and the right hand edge of the case is touching the right edge of the screen. It just looks like bright light is hitting the top left corner. But congrats on being ALMOST as big of a smart a$$ as wheeler. You get the silver medal.

If i recall correctly (i own android though so I may be wrong) you can move around the picture when it expands to check out the complete picture?

And just because I want a bronze medal

I think we all could agree the seller cropped the picture no doubt.

You somehow keep trying to say there was something sinister. There was not. Quit trying to drag the guy through the mud(after you said you wouldnt) You actions by your messages were way more devious.

So everyone that has disagreed you have decided to give them a hard time. Even handing out medals LOL Its ok to disagree.

Ha! Guys above you and below you literally say the opposite. You are really naive enough to think this seller takes 9 perfectly good pictures of the whole BGS slabs and then accidentally takes a picture of the damaged one and accidentally crops over one edge? Jeez, you're clueless. I didn't think the seller was being sinister...but with the evidence of the purposefully cropped picture and his weird insistence to not cancel the deal, I'm starting to think otherwise.

Unlike the op I will not give you a hard time. I respect your opinion and choose to disagree. I think this thread was not needed at the end of the day unless a refund does not come through.

What is your opinion on the messages from the start. Have you ever tried talking a seller out of a sale?

HA! Thats great and understandable. Your weird insistence to cancel the deal is more odd to me. This thread could have waited if a refund did not come through. What did you hope to accomplish?

Does the damage hurt the value of the card significantly?

It hurts the resale price, yes. Most buyers don't want damages BGS slabs and don't want to send them in to get fixed at their expense.

That's what I get. Viewed from a 6s. Not trying to be smart, just stating facts at this point.

I'm glad. I hadn't won anything today. Can I edit my statements from before? I think I was awarded too high of a medal.

Grab a dictionary and look up insistence because you don't apparently know what it means. I never once insisted to cancel the deal. If I had, the deal would be canceled and/or I wouldn't have paid for the card.

Will agree on that. Unless the guy refused a refund no real need for a thread.

Like I said in my first post after he said he will let him keep the card and the seller said no I'll do the deal that's when he should have said okay and paid.
Maybe even after the seller told him he'd do it, a "are you sure?" is fine.
No I haven't lol.

I get it, enough. I didn't leave you feedback for some transaction on blowout because you were slow to pay. You asked me six months later to and I didn't want to because I couldn't find the transaction. Once you pointed out what you bought from me I remembered and again didn't want to leave you feedback. Way to hold a grudge.

Those tiny corner chips are common and I have found do not hurt the value at all(imo)but I do not do graded basketball I am not a big grader but I have got 3 with chips like that in 2 separate order this year. My rep Charles just gave me a 20 day service credit. I kept them and sold them with no issues. I have bought them too.

With that I am checking out. Been a good debate and entertainment but the kids bus comes early around here so I am racking

I don't always agree with the OP but I do in this case. From the beginning, it seemed a little off that the seller didn't want to cancel the transaction and continually talked up the card and its value. To me, it just looks like he was hoping the OP would just dismiss the damage and hope to make a profit later. It's very clear he tried to hide the damage in the picture by the way he cropped it. Then not saying anything in the description really makes the seller look like the bad guy here.

And yes, it looks like JMPKCP was trying to get out of the purchase in his emails. But he addressed that already.

Haha completely forgot about that. Not holding a grudge at all to be honest. I don't really care about one feedback point but was just trying to tie up loose ends.

Anyways, let's stay on topic. How does this post have anything to do with this thread again? I think wheeler's comments about attacking those who don't agree with you are starting to gain traction.

Thread definitely wasn't warranted and seems like everything was solved before the thread was posted.

If you think he cropped it, why not take the entire thing out of the picture. The seller agreed to refund the payment so I just don't understand why this conversation is even happening.

Also to wheeler's previous post, it has been entertaining but I am done rooting against Stevie Johnson to score 15 points to beat me in FF so I will retire for the night as well.

69 total posts in this thread and 24 of them belong to JMPKCP.

You've "chewed up" wheeler and GA and yet still respect the privacy of the guy who was trying to get one over on you?

To me, it looks like he cropped it in a way that he could claim it was in the picture but at the same time make it hard for people to see.

I also agree that this thread was created a little early but as you said, it's entertaining so I'm not complaining about that.

This message right here makes you look pretty bad.

Dear volimus,
I don't plan to pay.
Sorry, I didn't get back to you sooner, but I just saw yesterday's message just now. You've suffered enough and I have zero emotion about losing out on getting this card. As I said, you should cancel the transaction and I'll immediately approve it.
I also would like to help you in your quest since I've been burnt by this several times. I, too, will be drafting a letter to the BBB. I figure what you lost in sales, and what I have lost in sales, is grand larceny by eBay. ZERO seller protection!!!
