Mind posting some of your bigger Jokic? Nice lil trump card to all the hate being tossed at yuh

Lol.

I don't "go at it" with the plebs on this board that I have zero respect for their musings. I've had that guy on ignore for years. Might be time for them to quit the Hobby again.

You don't have to the intellect to take me on, which is why you run your mouth about me and hide. But I think more people are catching on to the utter rubbish you spout.

The good stuff is in here - https://www.blowoutforums.com/showthread.php?t=1246772

Media has exactly 7 days to switch this narrative to Giannis if they want a shot. Embiid gonna be +300 at the books tomorrow.

Some nice stuff.

I never used to collect multiple of a card, even if I believed in it so much. But it can really pay off.

A dude at work has some sneaky Jokic stuff too.

Your shout for dinner....

Giannis proving again why he is best player in NBA and the MVP and it's a joke to consider Embiid or Jokic MVP over him.

Giannis +1000 tremendous value for those who think it's worth something. Still available ...

Such a non-objective take man. From an obvious bucks fan. Should he be considered? Heck yeah. He is having an MVP year. Is it 'a joke to consider Jokic and Embiid'. Heck no, they are having MVP years too and it's really really tough to choose. Heck, throw Luka in their too with the year he and the Mavs have pulled together.

I think without a doubt, Giannis should be top two. But media and Embiid have a thing; IDK if he'll lose enough votes to make that happen.

Luka been awesome lately; if he played post-break all year, he'd have won.

I do agree with that poster and think it is a joke to consider Embiid at this point.

It's between Giannis & Jokic. Giannis is CLEARLY the best player in the NBA at this point, but Jokic has somewhat better numbers on a worse team and most people have felt it's been his to lose for a few weeks and he has been playing quite well

The question is whether Giannis is allowed to play the rest of these regular season games and is able to continue God mode to finish the season and maybe get the Bucks the first seed.

Denver needs these games so Jokic will be out there, doing his thing. Giannis still likely has a little catching up to do

With Giannis having two insane back to back games he's now bumped his scoring average up to 30.1 a game to tie LeBron. If Giannis does take the scoring title it makes not naming him MVP even harder.

If Giannis had never won MVP before, he'd easily be MVP this year.

Tells you how much narrative matters.

This take (which has been said a few times in the last 24 hours on here) makes no sense. Giannis and Jokic are not separated by very much ... you guys are weighing way way way too much into the last 36 hours vs. the previous six months.

Jokic vs. Indiana / Giannis vs. Brooklyn. You all understand that both players had similar games, and Jokic actually was a touch better right?

Lets change the narrative folks... D-book should be the MVP, Suns are 10 games better than every team in the NBA and this guy barely gets mentioned...

26/5/5 on the absolute best team in the NBA, why wouldnt he get it.

Because you have Chris Paul on that team Booker is going to get more 1 on 1 and open looks because of him.

Honestly I’m team Giannis. He’s elevated his game so much. Comes up in the clutch. Has the #1 seed and stats are crazy. Like someone said above, scoring title should sway the MVP his way

My reasoning for voting Giannis is he drastically affects the game on both ends.

Not saying Joker is a nobody. He's the Nuggets defacto point and has done so much with so little around him.

But imo Giannis stands out. Not just from the past 24 hr but all season. In terms of actual voting though, I think Giannis is playing against himself. Last time he won MVP, he also won DPOY so I think ppl feel he needs to be at least that good (probably better) if he's going to win it again so soon.

No horse in this race but it's really not comparable.

There's a huge difference playing the Nets with playoff implications versus playing the Pacers.

Also, if you consider how Giannis closed out the game against the Brooklyn and the tremendous amount of pressure that goes with it, it's not similar by all means.

Giannis is also closing out on the defensive end with critical stops. Jokic, in the same context? Let's just say it's not in the same level.

A lot has happened in 3 days man. Embiid had the driver seat and lost it. 4 games in a row going down the stretch to lock a 1 seed and now looking at a 4 seed

Default 2022 NBA MVP thread

They lost to the pistons lol. He scored 4 points in the last 7 min. Doc rivers also screwed him. Like play him the full fourth quarter.

I think it’s semi strategic to avoid the 1 or 2 seed come playoff time and save Embiid for the playoffs.

He needs rest more than anything
