Do you guys think the Prizm rookie (PSA 10) is worth buying right now? It is still around that $450 mark....and was up around $600-$650 last summer. Thinking it might be a good time...or am I missing something?

No one knows. I think it’s a good risk to take at current prices but other good options also.

everyone has their own opinions on who is better, but as a quick point of reference, here's the top guys from the last couple classes:

Zion ~$600
Ja ~$400
Luka ~1400-1500
Trae ~$500
Tatum ~$600
Mitchell ~$300

Please tell me I am nuts...it will probably save me money (ha)...am I crazy to think that Zion @ $600 right now might be a good buy before the season starts to ramp up. Wont the hype for him be huge again considering he should actually be playing this year, and presumably not on a minutes restriction, and with a new veteran coach?

Im not passing judgement on how good/bad he is at all...but just purely from a card value perspective

I'm not sure that base Prizm is where I'd invest in Zion but I think there is plenty of good buys on him right now. Having said that, if he gets off to a hot start, I think the base Prizm PSA 10 could shoot to $800-900 pretty easily.

Just seems like his hype could go off the charts like few other players could if he starts off hot? And his cards have been relatively flat since his 8 games in the bubble weren't great (minutes restriction)

I don't hugely follow but Morant is honestly the first player I've been individually excited to watch play since Jordan. All of this hype and excitement around Zion and I can't stop focusing on Morant.
Zion's good, don't get me wrong but I feel that most of his ability is HUGELY dependant on the setups of his team. He's got some 3 points yea but once people realize they can't ignore him charging into the paint and is no longer open for a majority of his assisted dunks, I am curious to see how he fares.

Morant, on the other hand, is quick. Both in thinking and movement. He's got that Jordan intuition and as you see in his defenders, he's unpredictable and unreadable. Now that he's building up some self confidence I'm truly excited to see what his future holds.

Im surprised his card values have kind been status quo (up a little) over the past month. People are gonna wish they bought more Morants...this dude is going to have a big year. His cards are going to take off at some point

He would need a Luka like season to create anything more than a modest gain.
“Ok” performance of 16 ppg/ 7 apg would be bad news.

I've been buying a lot of his Optic Orange /199 (3) and the Select Die Cuts (5 of the Maroon /175). I have a lot of BGS 9.5 and PSA 10 Prizm's but for the price I much prefer the Optic parallels and Select Die Cuts.
