I was informed all 12 cards were lost, but fortunately found. They were due one week ago. Just now, I was informed all 12 cards were declined.

I submitted 4 lots, two Saturday and two Sunday. One of my Saturday lots showed up as received on Friday but the other three haven’t been received yet. I sent an email to inquire today but no reply yet.

I know that they opened at least 20 large fed ex boxes yesterday. My order from Friday was received yesterday.

Anyone experience shipping delays? I have had at least 30 shipments from COMC over the years, all economy (they do a great job of packing each time) yet I have a order that is estimated to be here tomorrow but I haven’t even received shipment notification. It’s never been late before...

I requested a shipment on 8-6 and it says it should be shipped today (8-14) but haven't seen a notification yet. You sure the date you are looking at isn't the ship date?

I called that shot back on post 7781. Guarantee there is nothing wrong with them.

I have a shipment pending that was supposed to ship 8/12 but has yet to show as processed for shipping. They must be really far behind across the board.

Dropped 1700+ off that day myself and still nothing. Called yesterday and was told it “may be up to 2 more weeks before they get entered into the system to begin processing”

I asked if they could verify that at least my stuff arrived and they said they haven’t opened the boxes yet. That 50 plus boxes were in the back that they haven’t gotten to.

They must be very bogged down currently is what im guessing. Ive been sending in 3000-5000 cards a month and everything has been smoth but im gonna pause from sending anything more in until they get caught up.

I said it before the National do not be shocked if your dropoffs take longer to get processed than those being shipped.

Has the contents of anyone else’s carts disappeared? I’ll randomly throw cards in there to watch if prices decrease and such and they’re gone today. Some have been in several months and changed owners over time. Just curious if anyone else had this happen?

Are you using the same computer/phone? Did you clear your web cache or eliminate cookies? It's not stored on COMC, it's stored locally.

Same phone. I don’t think I cleaned anything but who knows. I thought maybe it was a site issue but probably not.

I'm new to COMC, about to send in my first small batch.
A few quick questions, I'm sure they've been answered somewhere sometime but I can't remember exactly.

1. The 2018 Prizm Football is considered not current year? Or would it be current because the 2019 set hasn't came yet?
2. If I submit 15 cards for select, can I mix the years or would I need to add cards to have it be atleast 10 current, and atleast 10 not current?
3. Is the dollar amount estimate claim in the submission form used for anything?

I appreciate it greatly!

I believe the basic cards will take longer than those that are shipped. I know someone who dropped COMC stuff off on the Wednesday of National and he shipped basic cards more than one week after that and his shipped are due to be processed one day before his National drop off cards.

If you are NOT using current year processing then you can mix current year basic cards with older basic cards in the same Basic submission. If you are NOT using current year select processing then you can mix current year Select cards with older Select cards in the same Select submission.

Re 1: "Beginning July 1st, all cards submitted to the Current-Year service levels must be from 2019 single-year, 2018-19 dual-year, or newer products. Submissions containing any cards from other products will be assessed a Missing/Incorrect Paperwork Fee of $3.00 and the entire submission will be processed as regular Select or Basic." from email to COMC members on June 13.
Re 2: Select doesn't care about years.
Re 3: I don't believe so. I think it's more for you to know what your package is worth when you go to the post office and select insurance. Hopefully Customer Service Manager James will chime in to confirm/deny.

That is incorrect there is a current year select and select. Any year select is 2 weeks current year is 1 week. If you mix years and send them as current year they will put them all into the 2 week and charge you an additional 3.00 for processing.
