Jesus, how are the refs continuing to fall for every Conley flop?

1st one, ok was borderline. This last one? ridiculous flop.

Minnesota has laid down in 7/8 quarters. But the 1 quarter they were firing on was an awesome one.

Not going to beat this Denver team right now. They look goooooooooood.

This crippled Wolves squad with roster construction issues that edged out the Z-less Pels should make the first seed look good.

Don't overthink this.

I see a lot of crippled teams right now winning games. Denver doing what they're supposed to be doing so far. Can't ask for more.

Fair. We both know the series doesn't start until homecourt is lost though.

When the favorite wins the first two; the series ends when homecourt is lost.

Hopefully game 1 woke up the Bucks. Game 2 looked like the team that they should be that just should be able to dominate.

I can't believe the Grizzlies won without Ja...ke LaRavia!

Hopefully his calf heals up soon.

Even though Ja was screaming no one could guard him in game 1, he was bad and probably held the team back playing injured. Lakers best bet was if he played. We all know the numbers when Ja sits so Memphis scrapping wasn't a surprise.

What should worry the Lakers is the schedule makers are gifting your aging/oft-injured players extra days and they did not take advantage. Also, since the trade, you buried a guy on the bench that could make Memphis react differently on D and maybe open some things up but somehow Ham won't even attempt to adjust. Especially when the trio DLo/Beasley/Brown aren't able to hit, which happens more often than you'd like... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hky9kTfnu1w

Why is that so surprising? They are 37-24 without him

Nice to see the Wolves embarrassing themselves. At least I can look forward to the Wild...oh, cripes. They sucked ass, too.

12-10 this year, including yesterday's win.

I'd be surprised if Minnesota avoided the sweep. They're so out of sorts on defense... late on rotations, Towns constantly leaving his man (usually Aaron Gordon, the easiest guy for Jokic to throw an oop to) to double on Jokic when Gobert is already in good position. That was a pretty average game for Jokic, and if you have Murray cooking like that and MPJ knocking 'em down too, Minnesota really needs to bring it to keep up. Edwards isn't going to win games like that by himself. The final score ended up closer than the game felt thanks to the 3rd, which is the only quarter Minnesota has managed to outscore Denver so far. Maybe things look different for them at home, but the fundamental issues aren't going to magically fix themselves.

Not even just the injuries. Even when he does play, he doesn’t always assert himself.

First graphic I saw was Dillon Brooks barking in the Grizzlies game...Checks box score....12 points.

Is there a more unlikable player out there? Dude is trying too hard.

Brooks is definitely on the unlikable list with the likes of Draymond, Grant Williams, and Marcus Smart

He's a defensive player, and LeBron had a team low -17. Don't overthink this, he did his job. If Lebron doesn't like him talking, he should shut him up and drop 40 or at least be a net positive out there.

He also allowed the team high in points and 12/23 from the field with 28. His defense didn’t win that game for Memphis.

Did his job? LeBron scored 28 and had a double double, again. The -17 has nothing to do with Brooks and more to do with AD crapping the bed while on the court.

I wouldn’t put it on AD either. The team collectively as a whole did not play well or execute.

Really weird flex from Dillon after LeBron had a good game.
