I had a 213 Value ultra modern pop @ 71% GEM and I know a few of mine are POP Control.
We are talking about Orders logged last July/August 2020. Current subs will be longer.

Also been in QA2 for several days now on a 1 card express order. Very frustrating to say the least.

Just a few updates from the last few weeks, hasn't been much movement.

Also, FWIW, I am the guy who had a regular order move from arrived to shipped in 8 days a week or two ago, and that order has been trapped in the Philadelphia Regional distribution center with USPS for over a week now, so it might actually arrive on the normal schedule lol.

I was wondering if anyone had value- modern orders that arrived in August thru October 2020 an what the entered date is? Trying to figure out if a 3 month gap is normal for the arrival vs. entered date.

It is very clear now that PSA is struggling at the QA2 stage. I have never seen so many orders lately being "stuck" in this stage. Normally, it's no more than a few days (maybe 2?) for an order to be sitting in QA2 before grades popped/order shipped.

Now, I'm at almost 2 weeks at this stage. Pretty frustrating when you can see the finish line, but the damn turtle is not moving!

They bulked up on the grading side for Ultra Modern, which is great and they pushing orders through quicker. But, it's getting stuck at QA2 because they don't have enough people QA2-ing!

Anyone else (like me), holding off any new subs until the Newport PO thing is sorted out? Hate for my box to be stuck with all the thousands already there!

Just a LOL. I called PSA at 7:06 am this morning to check on the status of a few orders. Their daily "Queue" was filled for the day already.

So looking at this limited data set and assuming they average a day for day increase on the CTD tracker they are averaging 8-10 months on the value modern bulk returns even with all new hires from last year. I betting the turn around times moving forward jump to 14-16 months with the mad scramble to get in before March 1st price increase. Probably wont see my last submissions till mid 2022.

Eh, I understand this worry, but I'm not so sure. Part of the reason they just jumped the prices is to have an opportunity to properly address the backlog. One would think that the turnaround times are actually due to start reducing, not extending.

I agree with this sentiment. If they don't begin to catch up I would bet there will be another price increase until they are outputting more cards than they are inputting but only time will tell.
