Since the Twins have only given up 1 hit since I dropped the first Twins card in P70 (it is a sign IMO to do more

), I am giving away a VIP Twins game experience open to anyone who buys my Buxton P70 card. I am fortunate enough to come back to my hometown and DJ some of the higher profile games at Target Field and will bring you with me as a guest to not only the game, but for special VIP access pre-game. Also, there was a bunch of deserved criticism for the volume of Lasordas, but three Munsons? Granted, I wasn't around to watch the 1970s Yankees, but this feels as ridiculous, if not more, since Lasorda passed recently and the Dodgers won the last World Series.

With 51 artists it takes too long in between cards I'm interested even at 3 per day.

4 per day will help alleviate that and also get this over with more quickly.

Do people think it will lower print runs because people can't afford more cards per week? Or because 3-pack buyers boost print runs in a way that 4-pack buyers won't?

And when will we get a wrapper card drop?

Depends on the pricing but you're going from 15 to 20 cards a week so for anyone budgeting that's 33% more per week. I would say that would cause a lot more questioning over whether someone really wants to do this. Plus, are any of these cards really selling above market no ebay?

I think people don't want to spend more each week, and $50 for a three-pack is a convenient, round number. Whether it jumps to $65, or more, it's still more. These are still a luxury item no matter how you look at it.

I am glad it will be over sooner; despite loving these sets, I doubt I will take part in Project 2022 or whatever they decide to call it. I'm spending a significant amount of money and don't have endless space--especially by the time the project is over and I have a bunch of special gold stamped posters!

Looking forward to a wrapper card, myself. Got to be better than many of the "regular" cards we've seen.

Golden Tickets?
Printing plates?

They asked a woman and possibly minority artists, too, but I can't imagine a backlash greater than "that Munson card sucks" for having chosen any of the artists regardless of race or gender.
