They still count that as game worn. I'd personally rather have that than a regular patch card that there's hundreds of just like it.

This whole situation is why I don't collect autos or jersey anymore. There really isn't any way to know if this stuff is legit, and as bad as it is you can't trust any if these companies word

Scary thing is these are still selling on eBay and BGS/PSA would probably still grade them. Why aren't the listings being yanked by eBay? Do we have to report each auction individually?

What is thereto report?

They're still legitimate cards, they just have crap patches and are "mis-stamped"

No reason they can't still be sold if you're a willing buyer

Almost every jersey/relic card is garbage anyways. Calling it a hit in the first place is a joke.

If Panini's buyback value of the card is junk or the replacement card is crummy, still wouldn't be cool to sell someone else the crap card.

I'd ask for a Luck auto if I had one. If you give them "true" value they're not even paying for their mistake. Hold them accountable and don't cave.

The scale of what is yet to be discovered will originate from previous fraud cases.

At the US district Courthouse in Rockford Illinois, Panini admissions are that the figure of US$11.03 million has been put on the value of memorabilia for card insertions had the memorabilia items not been fake. This is from just 2 of the several fraud cases.

Putting this simply memorabilia of this value packed out would result in an estimated US$100 million - US$200 million dollars of packs! That's one heck of alot of packs! Which kind of suggests that Panini card releases issued without fake cards are likley to be few and far between.

Now I'm suspicious of this Jimmy Graham:

It'd clearly have to be from a pre-2012 jersey (the diamond jersey pattern), however the angle of the indent is quite sharp, and the stitching appears to be completely over the gold, whereas I believe it was over the outside of the gold, with a black one going half over the black interior of the number and half over the inside of the gold:

It can't be from the shoulders as the diamonds weren't present there.

I was hoping there would be something similar to the Stat Lines set in basketball which states player and the date, but even it doesnt state it was worn in a game

Looks like it is not a game-used from the COA. There is no way they would avoid the keyword "GAME" in the COA.

Im not spending my money on anymore products, including case breaks. Trust is important for me as pulling cards with patches and autos from packs are supposed to carry the authenticity that the cards are marked with. To me this has breached my trust and confidence in the card manufacturers and once again Panini is the reason I will quit collecting again. I cant help but have doubt in my mind of all the cards I have and whether they are authentic now, I wouldnt doubt if some of them are not. I guess this will free up alot of money to further equip my boat for fishing, new rifles/shotguns for hunting, and new parts for my drag racing sleds. Vikings collectors will be happy as auction prices are going to be lower without me bidding. There are two viking 1/1's that I wouldve bid on including the flawless greg jennings and jarius wright prime sigs nfl logo patch auto 1/1. It seems this controversy has caused all of the flawless cards to go down in price including the diamond /20 i got from a case break.

Based on the box break forum, it appears some people don't care about this while others would prefer nobody say anything negative about the situation at all.

I don't think the controversy has caused the values of Flawless to decrease, I believe values for any new release are overinflated in the beginning and begin to taper off as time passes. You can look at the affected Jeffery/Kaepernick/Wilson cards and see their sale values haven't really changed that much since Panini's admission to screwing the jerseys up.

Just trying stir up more trouble, eh? If this is directed towards my comment to you in the box breaker section, then don't make stuff up to make the situation seem worse than it is. I told you to create your own thread if you wanted to continue to complain about Panini; stop posting your snarky comments on people's box break threads.

When Panini says they value the cards at $35 and can give you $50 value to exchange....I would think that's going to "crash" the market on these

I apologize, I'm not following...what do you mean these cards would "crash"? (for sake of disclosure, I'm not being sarcastic...I'm trying to think through this in my head).
