It is. I didnt have any luck with mine (opened 5 in total).

However, I trust Blowout. I bought the 2017 Purple packs from them trying to hit a Judge and I did.

Just got this back from PSA, pack pulled. So glad it got a 10, the centering L-R was just 60/40. Love the action variation.
