What do you guys think is causing the long wait at QA2? Isn’t this just the stage where they send out upcharge emails, take payment, pack and ship? Going on a week in this stage after confirming upcharge on my order.

It seems they are just shuffling the delays around to different stages of the grading process. Why is it that if one process moves, another starts lagging? Bottom line is that this is just a badly run company.

I've had an UM 150-card bulk order in assembly for a week now. I got all excited and everything... LOL

I'm beginning to think that PSA has one sonic welder and it's about as operational as a McDonald's ice cream machine.

got my express order back
Three 9's, only one PSA 10 on pack fresh prizm draft picks

Had 2 identical lamelo ball silver prizm's one got a 10 the other got a 9 and has a few black flecks in it now. of course I would not send in cards with pieces of fricking dirt on them. Nice chunk right under his name

is it worth trying to email PSA? i didn't opt for the "drop some dirt on my card before grading" option

nope other 9's are off center a bit
the silver prizm 9 is identical to the 10 except it has bunch of dirt on it. I would just like some consistency and for them to keep dirt out of my cases

I have had bulk orders popping like crazy the past few weeks. They are getting through QA1 usually same day or 1 day max and through QA2 in 2 days including upcharges. Its almost like clockwork.. They must have a totally separate team working on bulk. These were all received in September, as late as 9/15 which is 6 months for bulk. I have economy orders 6 weeks older than that still in grading! Just crazy that this can even happen.

I’ve got a 9/4 Economy CC they logged in on 9/4... still in grading, like it was on 10/2. PSA needs to get their house in order, there is no way Ultra Modern orders should be 6 weeks ahead of any Economy Orders.

Has anyone contacted PSA to confirm this? I have an Economy/CC order that was received 8/27/20 has been stuck in grading since October. Tempted to send an email to PSA for some kind of explanation. Of course will most likely receive a generic response about processing times, etc.

Ridiculous that customers who paid more for a faster service, and have already paid up front in the form of CC membership fees, are having to wait longer than customers who submitted bulk submissions.

My last shipped CC voucher order was arrived 7/6, received 8/1, shipped 10/13. 5 months ago.

The next one I sent was arrived 8/21, received 9/22, and stuck in grading since around October. So 45 days later in arrival time is probably going to be an additional 6 months of waiting...crazy

I reached out to them about this very issue late February and got a generic response back on March 4 just explaining their “new and improved Completed Through Date Tracking system.” Starting to be convinced asking questions through email to them will only yield a generic automated template response.

I'm not exactly sure but vaguely remember that something happened with PSA perhaps during Aug 2020 (maybe a price increase?) which caused a flood of orders to hit that time...which may explain why one of your order received on 8/1 was done 5 months ago while another order received only 3 weeks later is still processing. Every time a price increase is rumored, people load up and send stuff in, then PSA gets slammed even harder and fall further behind...then another price increase happens in hope of slowing things down...but the lead up to another price increase causes another flood of orders. We shall see if the recent doubling of price was enough of a deterrent to slow down the rate of submissions. But as another person had mentioned, we won't see any noticeable change in processing speed for another 6 months probably.
